We learned we needed to move only two weeks before our lease was up and were concerned about finding a moving company in time. Luckily, this company's employees worked with us and got us everything sorted promptly. The moving crew showed up on time and was very busy! We are grateful to them!
I had to leave my college dorm and get an apartment in a matter of days between semesters. When I had to move, I hired the movers from this company, and they were on time, packed everything thoroughly and delivered my stuff to my new home quickly. They also helped with some of the larger boxes, which was very helpful since I had a busy schedule. They have my sincerest appreciation!
Moving our small business office was a scary, daunting task, but the moving company made it easy. They packed and all our equipment, computers and office furniture with care, so we had no problems setting up in the new location. They even helped us set up chairs and desks in the new space, saving us a lot of time!
For a couple of weeks, we had to vacate our home and move all of our furniture to the store while it was being remodeled. Of all the companies we called, only Menards Moving was willing to help us when we needed it most. Their movers were on hand to move our furniture temporarily and then remove it once the renovations were complete. We are so thankful to them!
The movers were generally kind and pleasant!! However, moving 1800 square foot row house 20 miles away took ten hours. We also had to pay $200 per hour for their lunch break. We had a few damaged items, one of which the mover was honest about, but we didn't realize our broken bed frame was broken until we tried to hang it on the wall. Additionally, they poured dirt on the old house's floor without cleaning it up. Although moving took a long time and several things were broken, overall we are relocated. IMO, it's not the best bargain. Located additional shattered parts!! I was informed that I had instructed the movers to leave the floor dirty. The four-person team reportedly skipped lunch throughout their 10.5-hour shift. The business made contact and presented itself as eager to find a solution. I was required to fill out several claim forms. After all this, they have been silent for at least two weeks!!!
