Fraudulent company. Classic bait and switch. Stole over $5,000 from us. Do not hire. We booked months in advance. The manager, Ashley Eisenlau, even acted as a fake customer when I asked for two references. They know exactly what they are doing and how to get away with stealing. Neither my credit card company or bank could give me either of my two deposits back. They said their hands were tied. They quoted ~$11,000 then 4 days before the move they bumped up that price up by an additional $4,000. I still said yes. Then the day of the move the Movers they sent demanded an extra $5,000. We said no way and kicked them off of our property. They refuse to give us back our deposits. When I called the Attorney General's office for fraud they quote said "at least you didn't fall for the entire scam and let them load your belongings onto the truck for them to hold hostage for even more money!"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT took over a month to receive our things. when we would call for an update we were told no changes so our things were sitting on a truck for over a few weeks! when we tried to call again nobody would take our calls. when we did finally get our things, the boxes were so badly broken, my couch was cut, look like they just threw everything in the truck with no care. only got $69 dollars for the damages! come to find out when the mover arrived for drop off the reason it took so long was because the company was waiting to get another order that was heading to Texas! WORST COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

If you are looking for a moving company please don’t choose Lincoln Logistics. When I first spoke with them we had a lengthy call where we went over everything that would be making the trip. I was told it would cost around 5k, I agreed and signed the contract. A few days out from our move we get a call to go over things one more time, the lady my husband spoke to said we were taking up too much space and it was going to be 10k! I was livid because we had other quotes where someone came to our house, looked at everything and quoted us 6k but we went with Lincoln instead. We had no choice but to bite the bullet since the contract was already signed. To make things worse the movers were supposed to be to our house on 9.11 we got a call the day of saying they wouldn’t be there until 9.12! 9.12 comes and we get another call saying they wouldn’t be there until 9.13 @10am. They didn’t show up until almost 3pm and then asked my husband to take them to get food! This all felt so wrong but our hands were tied, our closing day was coming up and at this point we wanted it to be over. By the end of the pack we had a bunch of our things we had to leave because it didn’t fit. Lincoln Logistics is the worst when it comes to communication, sales tactics and integrity. I will be telling everyone I know never to use them and I hope this review helps whoever is reading it to make a better more informed decision than I did.

Michael and Anthony maintained their professionalism and friendliness despite the scorching heat of the day, which was a big plus and eased the tension. They wore protective gear and stayed hydrated, and they checked on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable. They handled our belongings with care and efficiency, and they were always polite and respectful.

On the advice of a friend, I engaged their movers, and I had the best experience ever! My relocation to NY went well!
