Do not use this company. On our initial call, we went over our goods and was told a price and paid a down payment. We were told not once, but twice when I called back that we would receive a "quality assurance call" which we could then go over the inventory again in case we needed more space and would have a better idea of the price. We never received that call. We called the company dozens of times with no call back and no one picked up. I emailed.. all emails bounced back.. all direct #'s I was given were disconnected. BEWARE.
Frontier Moving Solutions LLC Is a scam!!! They changed their name to avoid bad reviews. They don’t give you an itemized list when picking up, then use third and fourth parties to move your belongings, not caring if they lost your items. (We were forced to pay their movers under the table to get some belongings back) Steven, Heather, Andrea alllll promised they would help me find my lost items but turned it on me bc I didn’t have my itemized list that never existed. Don’t trust their “insurance” company either. Same owner! Still waiting, it’s been over a year.
I Called Frontier and they originally quoted me about $3000. Then after an update they changed the quote to about $8500 to move my good about 150 mi from UT to WY. When the moving company got there, they refused the estimate saying I was underquoted. (This after going over the BIll of Lading in detail). The movi ng company said to move my entire home goods would cost more then $16500. If I refused, they would keep my $4000 deposit and charge me $2000 more for cancelling. Then they left an entire 26 ft moving truck left. I know this because we had to rent a U Haul to finish the job-completely full. Don't use Frontier they will set you up with dishonest companies. When I informed Frontiers management-the response was -Oh Well, youl signed to agree to this so we won't help or refund ANY of the money. Stay away from them-period. Very dishonest people and poor business models-once they have your money they couldn't care less.
I would like to give a big thumbs up and thank you to the team of Frontier Moving Solutions. It was a very stressful time as all experience with moving, but I had an unforeseeable death in the family, and the customer service representative was very understanding and worked with me as I had many changes in the scheduled move. I highly recommend this company ! Thank you so much :)
Awful company. Quoted me 2900. Got to the house and all of a sudden it was over 8000. After telling them to leave the price went down to 6700, which was 3800 more than the original quote. When I wanted to cancel I was told I’d forfeit my 1300 dollar deposit. Stay away from moving “brokers” and call moving companies directly. Very bad experience.
