What a s*** company, they stole everything of value from my load. Delivery was days later then promised and ive still not received money for my "lost" items 5 months after the claim was approved...would recommend you stab yourself in the face before you use these c****..
I cannot emphasize enough how much of a nightmare this company was. They subcontracted to a moving company that didn’t show up on their confirmed date, broke my furniture, arrived and upcharged me thousands of dollars, smoked in my house, didn’t answer phones, and lied repeatedly. I’m even trying to make a claim for my broken furniture, but the claims company doesn’t service the subcontractor they sent for my move. Utter disaster. I paid more than double the quoted price and have broken furniture. Never use this horrible company.
This company is horrible! Do not hire them!! They sub-conract out and our movers destroyed almost everything we own. They also don't communicate as they never answer their phone and won't call you back. They also mislead you on the price!! Worst experience ever!! They deserve no stars.
Tried reaching out via phone and email to verify our move date and time. No answers, then phones went out of services and emails came back as invalid. After several hours and finding another moving company, we call and now their phones are back up, but again no one answer and phone just rings and then hangs up. We paid a large deposit and are now out about $2,400.00
Destroyed my new microwave, the mover threw my things into my new place and then even though i payed for “white glove moving” i was left to assemble everything myself. I was given the run around and never got a return call about my issues...no refunds, discount or even a sincere apology. I couldn't dislike a company any more than i do Entrusted Van lines!
