Service was great all around from the phone customer service with Dan and Andrew to the movers themselves, Movers were polite, on time , fun and followed all my directions , happily and in good spirits .( Great energy boys!! Thanks so much. ) Their friendliness & positive attitudes helped give me a sense of calmness in a very stressful time for me- since I’m pressured with my deadline to vacate my apartment. .
Good Day, I moved to a New Apartment march 2025. Excellent experience. The moving fee was fair and the gentlemen/the Movers were Very Polite and Prompt. Dan ( my Contact ). My move couldn't of went any smoother. I am recommending this company to who ever is moving. Believe me -I called 3 companies and One company-I will Not mention the name wanted a certain Fee for the weekday and a Higher Fee for Weekend,,, People do Not fall for it. Call this company..
I was very pleased with Elite Van Lines. Prompt and responsive, courteous, and the local movers that they contracted with to do the job were also very professional, competent, careful, and courteous. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service in every way.
Very professional crew, connected us with a great moving company even if they had to contract a company from out of town because we were dealing with a last minute emergency move. Even with the milage upcharge for our movers coming from out of town the total was still a lot less than we were expecting to pay. We agreed to a minimum 3 hours with prorated hours if we went over, the job was finished in under 2 & a half hours even with help packing. Thank you to Elite Van Lines for helping ease a stressful situation for my friend & I.
