The elevator in my apartment complex was completely out of service on moving day, and they didn't skip a beat. They handled it without complaint and still managed to complete the entire move in less time than I had anticipated. Everything was handled with care — they made sure items were placed exactly where they needed to be, and the whole process felt seamless. Because they worked so quickly and smoothly, I actually had the rest of my day free to take care of everything else I needed to do, which was such a relief. This is a team that truly executes both from the office side and the crews onsite. Victor and his crew is awesome! They are friendly, professional, and very efficiently. Just like the packing team, Robert and his moving crew were also incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They took great care with all the furniture and reassembled everything exactly as it was — they even fixed a drawer on one piece!
