We moved from one apartment to another with the help of Budget Moving Services. The elevator access limitations in the building made this more difficult, and the stairs were of course all spiral, luckily they were outside. but the movers were up for it. They were very hardworking and didn't seem frustrated by the additional last-minute challenges . Super professional, transparent, and great service! would 100% hire them again if i ever more out of the state again. We hired Budget Moving Services to help relocate our work office to midtown Atlanta and Suwanee, GA for our long distance move from Charlotte, North Carolina. They diligently and professionally pad wrapped and Shrink wrapped all our furniture and boxed out TV, and handled our other fragile kitchen boxes/valuables with care. They were super thorough, careful, and quick. They thoroughly explained all the documentation and balance due. There was no upcharges or hidden fees, we did have one additional fee to pay for a long carry fee and for being on the 3rd story without an elevator at delivery, which we had to pay extra at delivery as the truck was more than 150 feet from our office building entrance but otherwise, there were no other hidden fees. They let us know a day before pickup and delivery and gave clear communication when they were 30 min-1hr out. The very great! Very professional, affordable, and the movers all did a solid job. Everything arrived safely with no damage. Would highly recommend and use again.
