Please! Pease do not use this company!! They completely mislead us. They gave us a quote which we were very detailed on everything we were moving and sent photos for the quote. They quoted us first us $4000, so we gave a deposit and signed a contract. Then it was $8000 and then after the company they hired to move us (Which they never told us who would move us) told us it was $11,000. Once we received our stuff at the next location over HALF of our stuff is missing. Brinks in no way helped us. All of their facebook reviews are made up. They claim to be a moving service, but they are just a broker. If you read their contract, it completely releases them out of any liability or accountability!
I have never dealt with a company like this. My claim can't even be reviewed because the company that Brinks got to move us can't even be reached any more. We have lost items, broken items that can't be fixed, damaged items. Boxes were wet and coming open. I have spoken to customer service repeatedly, also the Brinks office manager, claims service., All to no avail. I am in total disbelief that a company like Brinks can just leave people with no recourse. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I rated it a 1, only because there is no 0.
They mislead you. They reach out to moving company’s for you. When I complained they said oh that’s not us. We just called them to help you. They scam you by asking for pictures of your furniture and then when they take everything apart they start throwing the number of items you have at you after your quote was already given to you. Then they keep charging you more and more money
Stay away. This is a SCAM. They will mislead and take your money.
This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Not worst moving experience. Not worse costumer service. THE WORST costumer experience I’ve had in my entire life. Period.
