I have moved five times in the last eight years, so I know how bad movers can be. Black Tie Moving Services LLC surprised me because they actually did what they said they would do. Edward called me the day before to confirm the time and then the crew walked in right on schedule. They wrapped my dining table like they were protecting something expensive, which they were, because that table belonged to my grandmother. The whole experience was smooth, and I did not have to call anyone to complain afterwards.
The staircase in my new building is quite steep, and I was worried about the heavy appliances. (Timothy) and the rest of the crew managed to get everything up to the third floor without hitting a single railing.
