Misleading and Disappointing Experience with Battle Moving Group! Be wary of positive reviews! I didn’t realize Battle Moving Group was a broker when I hired them — maybe it was buried in the paperwork, but it definitely wasn’t made clear upfront. They handed my move off to American Eagle Relocation (DOT #3700234), and everything went downhill from there: HORRIBLE communication, hidden fees, damaged items, missing items, and an overall unprofessional experience. Battle Moving Group took no responsibility once the problems started. They were quick to collect payment, then disappeared when things went wrong. Also, be wary of all the overly positive reviews on here — I'm not sure they are all real. A lot of the reviews mention moving/movers. Battle Moving DOES NOT perform the moves themselves. They are a moving broker. It says this at the bottom of their website. I would absolutely not use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
Hiring Battle Moving was the best decision I made for this move. They took the stress right out of the entire day. From wrapping to lifting, everything was done with professionalism. The crew worked with focus and positivity the whole time. I couldn’t believe how quickly they finished without rushing. They definitely earned my full recommendation.
