I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use Artillery Van Lines! Brian, my representative, was super informative and honest with the quote, which really helped me feel good about my choice. I chose them because they’re veteran-owned and have awesome reviews. On moving day, Jack and his crew were amazing—they worked hard and took great care of my things, and nothing got damaged! I definitely recommend Artillery Van Lines if you need a reliable moving company!

I had an outstanding experience with Artillery Van Lines! Jack and the crew were simply amazing—professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all my belongings. Todd provided the quote, and everything he explained to me was spot on; there were no surprises. I couldn't be happier with how smooth the entire process was. If you're looking for a reliable moving company, I highly recommend Artillery Van Lines!

1st off, I want to acknowledge that our two movers, Jack and Brian were fantastic. They were courteous, careful, thorough and personable. They were truly the only reason the experience wasn't a total disappointment. Now for the bad news. 1st off, for context, my wife and I are very understanding people. Anyone who knows us realizes that. But the Manager or Lead Salesman (his name was Alan or Allen and never gave us his last name) was so unprofessional and inappropriate, he should be embarrassed. Especially in representing a military friendly service. When my wife 1st ask for a proposal, the initial salesman she dealt with (Todd) gave her a rate based on 9 hours of hourly service. She specifically asked the salesman if the time taken was less than 9 hours, would the cost be adjusted, and he said "absolutely" to quote. Because we were attempting to keep costs reasonable, we decided to move every item except for bulky and heavy items ourselves. And it was a local transfer so the time would be minimized to 6 hours or so. On the day of the move, the movers packed everything into the truck and then explained that the company requests full payment before delivery of the furniture which was something I’ve never heard. Then when I confirmed that it would be less than 9 hours, and asked how the adjustment would be made, Allen told me that the 9 hours was the minimum payment regardless of how long it took. As I explained that my wife's discussion with Todd was very different, He basically said that Todd reports to Allen and it's his (Allen's) call. He was dismissive of me and then rude to my wife when she followed up with him. He also told the movers not to move any of our furniture out of the truck until full payment was made, putting the movers in an uncomfortable position. Long story short, it took 45 minutes to resolve but ultimately, we had to pay for the full 9 hours just to get our furniture unloaded. This company (or this lead salesman) was just unprofessional and rude. He should never be representing a company that is supposed to be good to veterans. I can tell you I would use Jack and Brian again anytime but would never use them if associated with Artillery or Infantry Van Lines. If you do use them, get everything in writing, especially the delivery process. But, based on my experience, my advice would be to move on to someone else. I'd give 1 star but the movers themselves were actually good.

I recently hired Artillery Van Lines, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Brian, the crew manager, was exceptional—he managed every detail seamlessly and ensured the team did an outstanding job. If you’re planning a move, I highly recommend giving them a call!
