I would give them a genuine 10 Stars if I could. Moving is a very foreign procedure to the standard human. It is an actual relocation of your life center- or your "home." My agent, ****** (I believe it's called a Personal Moving Coordinator, to be clear) was fantastic. She was available for contact and updates throughout the process and the day of pick was breeze with the crew. They got straight to work when they arrived at my home. I bought the crew a Pizza for lunch and some drinks to show my appreciation for their hard work. During delivery, every question I had was answered by the customer service team- Taylor was extremely helpful. (You should ask for her if you can!) Overall, fantastic. My assigned carrier was a 5-Star company as well. Atlantic Group, who had an A+ on the BBB was just as professional as the AIRS team.
