Early in the setup process, American Dream Relocation came to assess what we would need and about how long it would take. On moving day they took great care to communicate what they were doing while being sure to ask us what we wanted. The movers took great care of our belongings and home while packing quickly and carefully. They were gracious in taking our directions while at the same time professional when overseeing the whole process. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.
I’m very happy that I chose American Dream Relocation to do my moving in Miami. I love how easy was to request a quote, see all options they have, and get a response with all I need it. They replied to my email very fast, got all documents I need it for my building. They included so many different things on their service that help a lot to have an easier move stress free. I want to give special thanks to my 2 movers, they were so helpful and friendly, they packed everything with extra care, they help disassemble beds, furniture and a lot of stuffs I couldn’t do on my own and put everything back together with out issues. They will test you tv as soon as you get home and make sure everything is there and perfect. I will definitely used them again if I need to move and I highly recommend them. Their service is 5 starts and I wish I meet them sooner.
They worked hard and fast, they were extremely courteous, and not a single thing was broken or damaged in the move (and it was out of state). They went the extra mile taking beds apart and putting them back together, taking a table apart, and carrying some extra furniture. I highly recommend American Dream Relocation and would use them again in a heart beat.
Great experience with this company. they had everything loaded and unloaded at the new place within 2.5 hours! Took great care of heavy duty mirrors and glass tables. Disassembled and reassembled furniture easily! Extremely efficient and great service highly recommend! From scheduling to move-in day, the customer service and attention to detail was awesome. Will definitely use them again!
