Almost nothing they promised was delivered. Finally after almost 2 months my items were delivered. Broken, but delivered. Beware of any information they give you. I had to call every two days to find out what happened to my belongings. And, never got a straight answer. They were polite, but liars.
salesman was good... service was horrible. delivery was 2 months, items lost and damaged. communication was non existent, unless I called them. They are a broker and they give this business a bad name. I paid for packing materials listed in order, but they did not pack any items safely, so the artwork was damaged. Be aware of the scams and service ... I do not post reviews often, but this was over the top disheartening. i wonder how many have not complained but did have similar experiences.
