After moving 3 times in the last 10 years. All three moves there were many issue! two times i went with a 3rd party Broker and that was a nightmare from start to Finish! Price doubling, going through 3 different moving companies, damages. The last move to NJ i used an actual carrier! Still the Driver was an employee then he went to call "help/Labor" from Craigs list!!! These guys were Horrible, Many damages, Paid 58% more then my "Binding Estimate" ! So this time i was VERY Hesitant to use a Carrier/Moving company and looked at Pods which has many issues themselves (as well almost same price) , I was talking to a good friend about my situation in which he told me he used a company in N. Jersey (Ridgefield NJ) called Prudential Van lines and they were GREAT! So i called them the person i spoke to (ended up being my personal moving coordinator from start through delivery) As ANY time i called even 1 time on a Saturday night he answered to my pleasant surprise! I just got delivered 3 days ago and JUST finished unpacking all my boxes! These guys were great, I had professional Movers from Prudential on pick-up & Delivery in uniform, as well they did A Full-Clean up before they left! As promised i said i would leave a good review once delivered if all went well and it went GREAT! Got delivery 5 day's later and my estimate of $3950.00 only went up $200.00 to $4150.00 as i forgot to tell them about 3 flat screens I had (which they crated custom in my house) I would HIGHLY recommend Prudential van Lines To ANYONE embarking on a long distance move.
