First time hiring movers and let me tell you, the BEST decision I ever made. Like many people moving, we were under a lot of stress to get everything done. Zip Movers made an otherwise stressful day so much easier. One of the gentlemen accidentally tracked mud in on our brand new carpets, but Zip Movers covered the cleaning. They are a little more expensive than other movers in the area but on such a big day for you and your family, what is your sanity worth?? In my opinion, it's worth the extra cost. They were all very polite. We so appreciate the fantastic job they did! Also, a manager came by during the move and just wanted to check in and see how things were going. So professional!

This was one of the best moving experiences I've ever had. Zip Movers helped me move from DC to Atlanta and I'm likely to use them for the local move in Atlanta again. They are on the pricier end, but they are well worth it (after all, you get what you pay for ) Hose and Mark defeated the odds with a broken elevator and moved as quickly as possible - including a 300 lb. treadmill. The two movers were on time, hustled, were careful with items, and were a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Beth ( Salesman ) and this company more.

These guys literally saved my day. After we got blown off on our moving day by another moving company, I got the exact opposite experience from Rico and Jose at Zip Moving. I was left scrambling to find a last-minute mover, and these guys showed up in less than an hour. Dealing with the company was super easy via email and phone, with great communication. They let me know when they were on their way, three great guys (at first just two, Rico and Jose, then they called Wilber who showed up to help) who worked really hard. They were fast, never took breaks, not even for water or lunch, and they were clearly experts. Wilber has been at this for 12 years and it shows. He even removed a railing in order to get my armoire upstairs! Anyway, they were friendly, considerate, easy to work with, and AFFORDABLE. HOLY MOLY! Some of the other movers quoted us double the amount it actually costs for these guys to get our stuff moved. Overall, I was super happy with my move, and the next time I move I know who I am calling.

Highly recommended!! We used their services on November 8th for a move from DC to MD, we went online to quote for a moving company and getting BLASTED by different phone calls and emails, I was persuaded by person David since I have got several other companies that sounded a little sketchy by pushing me to book the move very intensively and asking for my deposit and keep dropping their prices ( Just google this stuff I see what's going on out there it's crazy!) I actually felt very safe with David. The price was a little bit more than what I was expecting to pay for moving, but they were very thorough with the questioning. David actually made me go into each room and describe exactly what I needed to move. I'm talking about everything, lamps, rugs, paintings, under the bed, closets :) My sister moved the same time I did and didn't use Zip. Her movers were over 4 hours late, every one of her dishes was broken, they lost her desk, broke her bed. If you've ever had bad movers it will really make you appreciate Zip Moving and their level of professionalism to make sure your move is as hassle-free as possible. Alex, Gordon, and Fransisco were the crew that moved me and it went so smoothly! I moved locally this time but I have used other moving companies and I was impressed by the timely manner it took them! Nothing broke! And again the customer service was great, Alex was super friendly. They even helped me with stuff to my car and also got rid of my old furniture at the complex dumpster. They finished an hour UNDER the estimate! It was a full day of packing, loading, unloading, and reassembling furniture, and they never flagged. Their energy and skill were so impressive. When the time comes for me to move again, you can bet I will be giving them a call again. Zip Moving Team - thank you, you guys are the best!

I have used Zip Movers twice and they have done an amazing job both times. We had only one glass that broken in our move, which was our fault due to not packing it correctly. Additionally, quotes and booking were easy. They ask you for specific info about the number of items you have in order to assess the time, truck size, and the number of helpers you need. The process was efficient and the booking assistant was helpful. Quotes are generally fairly accurate if you give them the correct info. My advice is to overestimate the number of boxes you think you'll have (both times I ended up having more boxes than I thought I would) because they can give you more accurate info that way. The crew could not have been friendlier or more professional. They worked quickly but moved my belongings with care. In fact, I was still frantically shoving things into boxes when they arrived and the guys gave me little tips and they flew by carrying my heaviest items. Besides Milos and Alex, I'd also like to recognize Daria, Peter, and David at Zip Movers for their help. From getting a quote, to answering questions, the office staff was as helpful as the actual movers. I thank every member of the Zip Movers team who helped me move. It means a lot to me to have people you can trust with your earthly belongings.
