We had a last-minute change in moving date, but Zenith Moving Group adjusted without issues. Charles coordinated the revised plan and kept the team aligned. The crew still arrived on time and worked efficiently. Our belongings were packed and moved with care. The flexibility really helped reduce our stress.

CAREER CRIMINAL ANTHONY TURSI SCAMS MILITARY FAMILIES This company is managed by Anthony Tursi who was previously arrested for fraud in patient brokering with Boca Sober Homes. His customer service rep Alyssa stated in one phone call that this company was ran by a group and refused to give his name out to protect Anthony Tursi so he doesn't get arrested again. When Zenith offered a 20% refund of our deposit they wouldn't refund us unless we signed a gag order stating we wouldn't sue or give them a bad review. We decided we would rather do whatever it takes to see Anthony Tursi go back to jail after yet another failed fraudulent operation. When we asked for transcripts of our phone calls they said we needed a lawyer which not true. They were just trying to delay getting shut down. Rhett, the first customer service rep we dealt with, claimed this was a veteran owned company. Alyssa Garcia said that it wasn't and didn't understand why it made a difference. Well. We are a military family and find it wrong that a man would claim he is a veteran to earn service member's business. We will post everywhere, get this company black listed for use from service members, go to the local news, etc to make sure no one else gets scammed. Zenith Moving Group is a scam. Rhett gets you to sign with a reasonable price then Tom calls you 4 days before your move and more than doubles your quote. Its a Bait and Switch. Tom told me that Rhett's initial quote for the 56 27 gallon boxes that I was using was incorrect as they are actually 10 cubic ft each. I called Tom out and told him they are actually 5 cf, so he then lowered the cost to $8800. I did add an additional 427 cf from the initial quote which at Zenith's cf cost of $4 per cf that would an additional $1700. When I asked Alyssa where the additional $1100.00 came from, she said that it must be from the per-movement phone call as "we dont work for free, Google it, it is the industry standard." Tom labeled items differently than Rhett's initial quote as well, making it appear that there are more items than for the same items listed on the initial quote. Zenith offered to refund me $600.00 if i sign their NDA stating that I can't post about them, give them a review, or talk about what happened. They have $1900 that they charged for a deposit. Scammers taking money from servicemembers.

I was surprised by how smooth everything went. The team showed up on time, worked together really well, and didn’t waste any time. They were also really respectful with my belongings. Definitely made moving less stressful than I expected.

The movers from Zenith Moving Group were respectful and efficient throughout the move. Wilson coordinated the team effectively. Heavy furniture was handled without any issues. The process stayed organized from start to finish. We were very satisfied with the service.
