I am still waiting for my shipment to arrive after 2 months. there has been extremely poor communication. My phone calls are not returned. Trying to decide how to resolve this.
This company scammed me out of $450 deposit! They promise they will give you your deposit back -they don't! READ ALL THE REVIEWS! I spoke to two people who also got scammed out of money from this company and they were both elderly. One was scammed out of $700 and the other $900. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!!!
I contacted this company within 24 hours cancelling my agreement with them and wanted my $900 deposit back per their written procedures. Their cancellation policy states that I can cancel within 72 hour and receive my deposit back. So far they have not given me my deposit back or replied in writing that my agreement has been cancelled. The salesperson Samuel rushed me into making a decision when I told him I was also talking with other movers. When I tried to hang up he fast talked me into doing something I should not have. They presented themselves as a moving company but later found out that they are a broker and also by not giving me time to read over the agreement and policies I cancelled in writing after thinking about it over night. I agreed on August 11, I emailed them per their written instructions cancelling my agreement with them the next morning on August 12th. I got a cold call from them after filling out my information on one of those moving sites who get paid by these companies for contacts. I was rushed into making a decision from that call and should have known better. The company is out of Florida the scam capital and it seems like that is true. If I had known that when I made the agreement that they are a broker and not dealing directly with a mover, plus rushing me not giving me time to research the company I should have hung up. Also their prices are higher than other movers.
The salesman on the phone was great but as soon as I booked my move communication dropped to zero until I was informed I would have to make my move days earlier OR later than my original pickup window. Upon receiving a phone call from the driver I was horrified at his lack of professionalism and very low rating on Yelp so I called Victor who I had been in contact with who told me they could not help me and ‘good luck’. Days before my move. 0/0 do not recommend.
These guys are the very best. Extremely professional, punctual, clean cut, courteous, efficient and effective. Could not have been better. Highly recommend
