BE AWARE OF USA MOVING GROUP LLC. Completely ripped me off. Similar to another recent review from LD. And I won't even get into the drama that took place on moving day when they didn't have access to a truck. Anyways, we were initially quoted for 1,900 cubic feet for our move, which is a 26-foot moving truck, but when the guy showed up he said we have way more stuff than that. The only reason we needed more space is because he refused to fill the truck from top to bottom - so much empty space that he said he couldn't use due to potential damage to our property. This was absolute bullcrap, which I will explain shortly. Ended up charging me for an additional 1,000 cubic feet of space, yet there was no way for me to verify this because he loaded and closed up the 2nd truck, including putting a bunch of our belongings on the liftgate, without allowing me to see how much space was used. Now fast forward to when the 18-wheeler arrived with our belongings two weeks later, I checked the truck (they have cubic foot measurements written on the ceiling of the trailer) and get this, we only used 1,400 cubit feet. And our stuff was stacked top to bottom of the truck. So when the original mover told us he couldn't do that, he was flat out lying. So we were overcharged by more than 1,000 cubic feet of space. I also verified this with the crew who unloaded the trailer and they confirmed we only used 1,450 cubic feet of space. Please please please avoid this company. Their initial quote may be low, but they will make sure to screw you over on moving day because they know they can.

If you are considering USA Moving Group, read their contract carefully before handing over a single cent. I learned the hard way that they operate in a way that shields them entirely while leaving the customer completely exposed to all the risk. First, you need to understand that they are not an actual moving company; they are strictly an interstate broker. The massive "deposit" they require you to pay upfront to secure your move is actually just their non-refundable broker fee. Once you electronically sign their paperwork, you have a microscopic 3-day window to cancel. After that, they have secured their profit, and you are locked in. The most infuriating part is their absolute lack of accountability. Their own contract explicitly states they share zero carrier risk and do not participate in carrier payments or charges in any way. If the actual third-party moving company they sub-contract fails to show up, damages your household goods, or delays your delivery, USA Moving Group washes their hands of the situation entirely. The contract forces you to exclusively pursue the motor carrier for any claims, stating the broker has zero liability. When I experienced service failures, a lack of transparent documentation, and needed help, it became immediately clear that their customer service is non-existent once they have your money. They have designed a system where they win the moment you pay them, leaving you completely vulnerable. Do yourself a massive favor: skip the middleman. Hire a direct, reputable motor carrier where the company taking your money is the exact same company responsible for loading your truck. USA Moving Group offers zero protection, zero accountability, and terrible customer support. Look elsewhere!

Please beware of USA Moving Group. ONE man showed up to move from a different company that we didn't contract with, (JCS moving and storage.) As soon as that ONE man walked into our home, he said it was going to cost more than what we were quoted even though I had given dimensions of the furniture. USA Movers was nowhere to be found during this ordeal, and even though I have requested a call back, they still have not responded. Our items were damaged, our nerves were frayed and we are bummed out we came in contact with USA Moving Group who passed us off to JCS Moving and Storage.

They were very efficient and were able to move my things from my old place to new place so seamlessly. I was also impressed at how they even had moving materials such as spare boxes and tape to cover the fragile items a little more. Very appreciated with the value I got and I will definitely use them again.
