The movers are extremely punctual, both during arrival and delivery. It’s always a treat seeing these men at work because they make it seem so easy. They always show amazing skills when it comes to the packing-loading process. I have worked with different crews sent from the company and every crew is just amazing. I have a lot of respect for the crews and I always instruct them well as everyone should. I can guarantee you that you won’t find a better moving company in this country.

Trinity engages in deceptive business practices. Beware. My experience with Trinity Movers has been horrible. I was then called by a sales person from Trinity movers and told that they were having someone else who was moving to a location near to where I was moving and that they had a facility near to where I was moving so if I acted quickly they could give me a really good price on my move. They made it sound like I had if I did not book quickly that they would not be able to give me a good price. I was told that I was getting a very good deal and they were taking off over 60% of the moving costs because they had someone else moving to the same area. I was also told by the sales person Cheyenne that I would be able to pick my delivery date. She assured me that I could pick my exact date when my furniture would be delivered no problem. I went through each room in my house and told her which items would be moved. She then had me sign the contracts while I was on the phone with her, because they needed to get the move on the books so that I could go with the other order that was also going near my location and that would allow me to get the substantial discount. Everything that happened after this point was a complete disaster. Trinity is just a broker. The company that they arranged to do my move was called American Home Relocation. The movers from American then proceeded to go through my home and tell me that the items that I had in my home were not going to fit in the truck. They also informed me that my piano was listed as a keyboard and not a piano (although my quote said piano) and that it would cost me extra. They also told me that my dressers would cost extra because they were bigger and that the mirror (which was listed on my quote) would cost extra. They told me that I would have to pay these extra charges in cash (which seemed really strange). Then after paying for these items (over $1000 extra dollars) they finished loading the truck and told me they were unable to fit out beds and several other items on the truck. There were not extra items not listed on my quote. Despite that they wanted another $1000 to put our beds on the truck (also in cash). They later tried to lower the price a couple of times but I did not have any more money so it didn’t matter. I had to leave everything behind. Fast forward to the day my stuff was supposed to arrive. No word from Trinity. I called and called and no one answered. I was told that when my items were on their way I would be given a call when they were to be delivered. My belongings were sitting in a warehouse in Chicago waiting for a truck that would be headed to where I was moving. Everything I was told by Cheyenne was a complete and total lie. I cannot tell you how much stress this has brought into my life. I believe that Trinity engages in deceptive business practices. I have read other people who were told the same sales pitch to get them to go with Trinity. They never tell you that they are a broker and that another company will be moving your things. They do not discuss the fact that your items will not be covered if they are damaged or missing. They do not tell you that the delivery date is not a firm date and that it could take 30 days (or more apparently) for your things to come. It is not right for a company to blatantly lie to you in this manner. It has been over 30 days and I still have no word when my things will be here and no one will give me any answers. I hope that someone will respond and help me to get our things so that we can put this horrible experience behind us. I would hope that no one else would go through an experience like this. Please chose another company and be careful!!!

Trinity Moving and Storage was the best moving experience I’ve had in my life. Having moved 3 times in my life, and used several moving companies in the past, I can honestly say that the whole endeavor was without a single flaw. The job was completed as scheduled and all my items arrived on time and undamaged. This company is efficient and the customer service I received was second to none. I don’t see myself moving again for quite some time, but if I decide to move again; my first call will be to them.

My moving experience with this company was great. I have had a job transfer so it was sort of last minute for me. I called 4 companies. Trinity Moving and Storage was not the cheapest but I liked the way Michelle explained everything over the phone. We went over the list of my stuff and he gave me their price. They were very polite, friendly and experienced. It took them about 2 hours to pack and load my 1 bedroom apartment. I am very happy I found this company and I will use them again in the future.

Trinity Moving and Storage moved our entire office last week. I planned for the pack up of the old office to take about 5 hours based on past experience, but they did it in 2!! They were absolute rockstars and hilarious and great to work with. In the new space they helped us arrange the furniture, and got along with the entire team. They also supplied any and everything I could have needed as far as boxes and specialty packaging. I'd use them again for home or business in a heartbeat.

Trinity Moving and Storage helped me move my biggest furniture during a pretty stressful move. They were on time (early even), packed up all my furniture to make sure it wouldn't be damaged in the move and then asked if I wanted it wrapped up even further, and moved all the furniture in (what felt like) record time. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

As we all know relocating is always hard but if you can delegate some of that trauma to a professional moving company, it feels a much better. For our last move it was Trinity Moving and Storage. Their men know exactly how to unload your worries. They are very apt at their job, always showing up on time, packing everything with great precision and loading the valuables securely to their vans.

Because of some family issues I needed to move in a short notice. I had a great impression of Trinity Moving and Storage the whole way. What first convinced me to go with them was then pleasant initial phone call I had where they were willing to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions patiently. I really feel they went the extra mile and listened to my needs and picked the most efficient way to move, not the most profitable for them. They made what could have been a harrowing, stressful experience run nicely. If I need to move again I will definitely go with Trinity Moving and Storage.

Could not have expected this entire move to have gone any smoother, the moment they walked in they were able to provide us a quick estimate of how much work it would require to complete. They arrived with a team of 2 supervisors along with five movers and all of them immediately disbursed and got to work. My parents love their attention to detail and their ability to manage all aspects of the move even when they were not present. Thanks.

Finally I got the chance to move to San Jose which I wanted for a while to live with my parents. I was looking for a moving company until my brother told me about Trinity Moving and Storage. Gave them a call and got a pretty good quote. They offered what they promote - quality service! It’s nice to see all my furniture arrived in good shape. The sofa sets were getting kind of old but they’re all in the same condition. Thanks for everything.

DO NOT MOVE WITH TRINITY. Bottom Line: they increased my quote by 25% the day before the move with no changes on my part, I got yelled at on the phone several times by a customer service rep when I raised issue with the sudden upcharge (to the point where another representative told him to calm down in the background), and they will not provide me a refund on my deposit despite changing my quote last-minute due to their clerical errors (and not my changes).

This company creates low-ball quotes to secure your business and then increases charges once you’re stressed and feel as though you have no choice.
Do not let them give you an estimate over the phone — physical estimates are ALWAYS more accurate and cannot be radically changed like they are with Trinity. They can always say they didn’t know what you meant.

Also, please note this is NOT a moving company, but a broker that hires smaller mover companies (and therefore costs more than going direct).

    My personal experience below:

I am active duty military and due to the COVID-19 pandemic had a very delayed, short-turnaround move and decided to use my PPM funds to hire a moving company on my own in hopes of expediting the delivery of my shipment.

Trinity contacted me, and after a discussion about the details, etc, I filled out an initial inventory for a great price with a lovely customer service representative — I explained my circumstances, my budget, and described my furniture for the inventory.

I would not have another pleasant experience with this company after paying my deposit.

Later that day, a quality assurance representative called (with a child crying in the background, which I found odd) and I added a handful of things to my inventory that I realized I’d missed — a few area rugs and a floor lamp. This raised my quote 200 dollars, which seemed a bit excessive, but was fine because the company had been so nice up until this point.

Two days before my move, I receive a phone call from another quality assurance agent to confirm the inventory. We go down the list and discuss each piece. He says, basically, that the way the initial quote listed my furniture misrepresented the size of shipment. I had no way of knowing this when we created the initial quote, of course, because I described my furniture the same way to both representatives.

For example, I explained that I have a “desk with a hutch attachment” during the initial estimate process. They listed on the inventory 1 Desk, hutch.” This made sense to me. Later, I was told that they needed to list both the hutch and the desk separately, which significantly changed my cubic footage. Another example: I said I had a dresser, and was asked for no more details. A dresser was listed on my inventory. When I spoke to the second rep, he probed for details and determined that my dresser was actually a double dresser, which was different and required even more space.

Overall, they said I would be required to pay 400-600 dollars more. That is almost a 33% up charge from my original estimate, mind you. This is the day before my move, with me not adding any items whatsoever, just describing them to a different person during their confirmation. Also, the representative told me he’d “listen to recordings” to see what he could do and get back to me, only to delay getting back to me until the day prior to the move and changing nothing on the quote.

I canceled the move and am still in the process of contesting the deposit.

By far the worst moving experience I have had.
It started off great, I was emailed and told by Luis that they had a truck coming to AZ at the exact time I was looking to move and they needed to fill the truck to get back to FL. I got on the phone with him and he said this was a great fit and that if they picked up my stuff on Sunday I would get by stuff by Friday/Saturday. I was thrilled, he was very through with the inventory, etc.
I was told that the truck would get to my apartment on Sunday between 8am-12pm, never heard a word from the driver or Trinity after Friday morning. I waited until 11:30am to reach out to Trinity to ask where the driver was, within minutes I heard from the driver, he told me he 'lost track of time'. He arrived around 1:30pm, they were doing a great job wrapping all of my stuff to put on the truck.

My dad and I got to talking with the driver about delivery time and I said how I couldn't wait to have my stuff by Friday/Saturday in FL. The driver then said "What do you mean? We don't have a truck going to FL yet, I'm not sure when another truck will be going there. I told him that I was told by Luis that there was a truck coming back to Florida, the driver then told me 'oh they lie about that stuff all the time to get your business'

I immediately called Luis the next day because they are closed on Sunday's, he said he had no idea what I was talking about and he would get a dispatcher to contact me, when the dispatcher called me he told me 'oh I'm not sure what to tell you, I don't know when there will be a truck'

I reach out to Luis the next day to get an update, and I was then ignored for the next 4 days, other than a text I got saying "I will have an update today, they promised me this morning" Never heard another word until the driver called me on Sunday night, he told me he would be here between 11am-3pm on Tuesday and sure enough he was.
I was very confused because Cobra Van Lines picked up my belongings in AZ and North American Van Lines dropped it off.

***But it gets better. they start bringing my belongings into my apartment, one of the first things I saw was the TV Box that I have pictured here, completely ripped up, so much so that towards the end of the move the driver asked if he wanted me to throw the box away because he thought it was trash!!!!! They brought my cube shelving in and it is completed scratched even with a hole in the top of it, as pictured here. The driver then said wow that's an old piece of furniture and even continued to tell me that it was like that when they picked it up, which I assure you when it left my place in AZ it was in PERFECT condition, now it slants to the side and is so destroyed. Let's not forget my mattress that you see pictured here that now looks like something is underneath of it....this is because of how they transported it after I told them it needs to lie flat. almost every box that was put on the truck has damage to it, holes in it or crushed on one side. Hilarious that the box that says fragile on it is completely crushed.

Nothing related to the condition of my belongings, but as the driver and the other movers were putting my bed together, I offered to help, letting them know I had done it about 4 times before. The two men then said 'Psh, I don't believe that, we need to see a video of that' nothing I dislike more than assuming a woman cannot do something a man can do. But sure enough 10 minutes later they couldn't figure out the bed and I had to do it for them, the driver was even trying to drill holes in the bed. I had to beg him to stop using the drill so he wouldn't ruin it.

WORST experience I have ever had, I would not recommend using Trinity Moving and Storage at all. I will be requesting a claim for every single damaged item, which I won't even see nearly the amount that it is worth since I will only received 60 cents per pound.

I am appalled with the service I received.

Do not use this company they give you a low-ball figure and then another trucking company comes to move you they give you an outrageous price that you have to pay at pickup. Thank God I did not let them pick up my furniture. They do not tell you they are Brokers
COBRA Van Lines came to pick up my furniture. If you don't believe they're bad reviews go to the BBB they have 29 bad reviews waiting to be resolved and you could read about Trinity moving and Storage right there. They got me for a $843, my stuff is still in storage. They disputed the charge on my credit card so now I have to pay them the $843 deposit so now I'm filing a complaint with Florida Department of Agriculture which handles Interstate Trucking. Trinity Moving and Storage is out of Fort Lauderdale but the movie company is from New Jersey. My dispute is with Trinity Moving and Storage. I repeat do not do business with this company.

I was already booked with ABF and was convinced to swap to Trinity because the cost was the same. I would've paid $1700 from ABF for 13ft of a 28ft trailer and Trinity said it would cost me the same with them, but include loading, assembly, wrapping and free 30 days storage. My husband and I talked it over and decided to make the swap. I was sick when they called days before my move for my final inventory and my $1700 move ended up closer to $3000. I also wasn't aware until my movers showed up that Trinity Moving and Storage is a broker and it would've saved me $1500 if I had booked right with their company. We told the movers to take our stuff to storage because we wouldn't have a place lined up until after we got there. Which was one of the reasons we chose Trinity for the free storage. The day after I we got to our new town I started getting calls from the moving company wanting to know if I've found a place because they didn't want to put my stuff in storage and move it again. I was baffled. The next day the moving company called and harassed me 3 times to see if I've had found a place yet because they didn't want to take my stuff off of their truck. So Now I'm over paying for a year on a rental that was open immediately just to appease the moving company that didn't want to be bothered with storing my stuff. This was an expensive learning experience.

I used Trinity Moving and Storage to relocate several large, very heavy pieces of furniture from a basement in one house to the basement in another. They arrived on time, were friendly and were quick on the load up and delivery. More importantly, the furniture and both houses were damage free - something that surprised me because I was pretty sure that given the awkward stairs and size and weight of the pieces that there would be.....but there was not a scrape or a dent.

Trinity Moving and Storage did a great job of our two part move. They arrived on time at the first location and loaded everything quickly. We arrived slightly ahead of schedule to load at the second location and were soon done there too. The final destination proved challenging as some furniture was really difficult to squeeze up the stairs. The extra hassles meant it took a little longer, but they didn't complain, and stuck around to get it all done. Thanks, great job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or any other company associated with Henry Stiller or Bruce Richards. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I read the reviews, talked to Henry about them, and then decided to still go with Open Road/Trinity, as he assured me that they were a reputable company.
Their "brokered" business model is completely DECEPTIVE. It goes like this:
    - They provide a reasonable quote up front based on the inventory you provide
    - They ask for a 3rd of the money up front (which is reasonable)
    - Days before you move they review your inventory and increase the pricing based on Bruce’s inflated estimate (in my case, over $1K)
    - They promise that you will only pay for actual weight (Bruce’s estimate was over 17,000 lbs, actual was less than 15,300 lbs)
    - They sub-contract to third parties and wash their hands of any damage that may occur (in my case, lost items, scratched SS refrigerator, destroyed felt on pool table, etc.)
    - Customer service is non-existence. I have yet to have them return a call. This includes BEFORE the move as well as after
    - It’s been over ten weeks and I have still not received anything back other then empty promises
ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE…PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ps. I shared the above with the company before posting and they did not dispute any of the above...tells you something...

In addition to arriving 20 minutes early, these three men worked very efficiently as a team, were polite, and very careful not to damage anything. I highly recommend these three guys and can't thank them and your Company enough for making our move such a stress free process.

Well, they're cheap and that's one of the reasons I decided on hiring them. Their price ain't high and their service is good given the value they provide, I've been content with the way they've dealt with me, really professional.

Diligent and timely in service delivery. The list is endless. I seem to love everything about Trinity Moving and Storage. They are just incredible. When their crew came over to help me relocate, there were so many lovely things I learnt about them. Everything I saw was perfect. They possessed nearly all the traits I wanted for a perfect service provider. I will always live to appreciate their efforts in ensuring that I relocated safely and peacefully.I had a good service. They were really helpful shipping my luggage. They were on time. I did not have any issue with them. Pricing was good. Normal as expected.

Trinity completely lied to us. They promised they would be the company handling the move then they sold the contract to a horrible company named Moving Depot. Our delivery took almost 30 days, most of the furniture was broken, and Trinity did almost nothing to help. We got 60 cents per lbs for the lost and broken items. Do not trust them!!!!

All of my furniture were moved by 3 men within 5 hours. This included travel time which was approximately 50 minutes. The movers were very professional and polite, and above all, extremely efficient. They alleviated my stress of moving. I was contacted in a timely manner and was able to choose the time that worked best for me. I can't thank Trinity Moving and Storage enough. I would gladly recommend their service to anyone.

These guys showed up 10 minutes early and worked their tails off for hours. They’re not just a moving crew, they are athletes. Great attention to detail- moving and loading- wrapping and unwrapping my most scratchable, breakable things. Nothing broke and it was hassle free experience with PTrinity Moving and Storage. They put my bookshelf back together. This team came through for me in the clutch. A+ Would recommend.

I've had the Trinity moving company move my house after hearing suggestions from a couple of my friends. I'm lucky that my friends told me about these guys because their pricing was actually much cheaper than I would've expected to be otherwise. I guess I've made a really nice decision having hired these guys.

Not a good experience at all. Price was increased at the time of the move, and cash only was the requirement. My great aunt's antique bedroom set was badly damaged: the furniture was not wrapped in blankets, so veneer was damaged, there are wide scratches on the headboard, and the lyre on the mirror was broken. One set of antique dishes shattered. One box missing. The delivery driver had no manifest so we needed to use mine, which I got out after everything had been unloaded into our garage - I had no opportunity to check anything. When I complained to the driver he said he had a million dollar insurance policy and I should file a claim. When I complained to Trinity I was told the shipment had been handled by another company, which has declared bankruptcy, and I should file a claim with their insurer. And I have a bonus - a garment box full of coats and pictures belonging to some other poor soul. No help figuring that out, either.

Just trying to get a quote and they used phrases such as "use the mind God gave you" and accused me of not appreciating honesty. It was bizarre! The even spelled my name wrong! Haha This is the only site they have more than 3 stars. Everywhere else says they break things, steal things, and increase rates repeatedly. Most people seem to give one star.

From start to finish we were absolutely taken care of. In our case Trinity Moving and Storagewas actually 3 men and a truck, and the result was spot-on. We decided to go with this moving company because of their reputation for caring more and being more careful than "the other guys." Well, we've used "the other guys" in the past, so we have a reference point, and it turns out that the good reputation is well-deserved. Thanks a lot.

I wish the star rating system offered negative stars. If you want to be quoted low to get your business the Trinity is for you. Once you are about ready to move and Trinity has your non refundable down payment they will call for a 2nd inventory review will they will find that they made a mistake and increase your quote by almost double. Once it’s too late enjoy having sub contracted former felon movers show up that Trinity has half ass communication with to increase your moving cost even more before they touch anything. My movers were at my house for 4 hours doing a phone inventory again where they did yet another visual inventory where they figured the cubic footage and found that I owed even more money. I had to call trinity so that they could call the sub contractor to try to figure out how we could pay them 3000 more dollars that I did not have at the time because according to them prior we were paid up minus the 2000 we would need to have that day. We moved to West Virginia and never knew where our stuff was after about 3 1/2 weeks we closed on our house. Getting a hold of trinity to get a date set to get our stuff delivered was like pulling teeth. Finally the sub contractor felons called us and delivered our stuff on 9/18/19 and would not unload the truck until we paid $1900 cash for more overages that they found. Upon unloading we had a broken TV, broken china cabinet that is irreplaceable antique that was given to my wife from her Grandmother, my daughters playsets that were immensely expensive, among a ton of other things. $9000 and trinity wanted no accountability nor did they want to discuss all of the increases on the moves. They are a complete scam. They are crooks. It’s a damn shame that there are companies that take advantage of hard working people like this just to make a buck. Then after making said dollar they couldn’t even take care of my things. Sad sad company that should be shut down and investigated. To me this place is breaking the law! They are a scam! Be warned! Stay far away from Trinity moving and Storage!!!!!!!

    Awful! Awful! Awful
This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. They are not a moving company. They are brokers. You’re paying them to hire movers.
It has been 3 weeks and still being told it will be next week.
Every time I talk to a new person I get a different story. First it’s 2-5 business days then 3-7 business days then 5-10 business days. It has been 12 business days since my requested date of arrival.
Luis the Marine and everyone at Trinity moving and storage(not a moving company, a moving broker as quoted Bye Stephanie) are BS! Yet their website says they have professional movers. LIES!
Movers showed up in a Penske rental truck. They were 3 young Spanish boys that were not professional at all. Dropped boxes. I could have done a better job. I kick myself for not just renting a truck and doing it myself. I fell for their BS! They have my motorcycle!!! They’ll promise you ease and efficiency but don’t care after you pay them.
I think these positives reviews are fake.

Quoted 3,000 movers loaded our stuff in Illinois on July 25th. We’re told 7-14 days to ship to AZ. Been almost a month and our stuff is in a warehouse somewhere in Illinois waiting to be shipped. Can’t get through to anyone and they never return calls. This company is a fraud and full of deceit and lies. If you value your belongings you will stay clear of these bandits! Price doubled and we may never get out stuff! Can’t go after them civil wise because they put a disclaimer in their contract that any litigation has to take place in Broward County Florida. Let me just tell you that my overall moving experience Trinity Moving and Storage. My 3 movers (Adam, Eric and James) were absolutely exceptional. They were kind, professional, flexible and extremely hard working. They were able to move my entire house that was way above weight estimate and still remain pleasant and professional. They also were able to move my 850lbs gun safe when they should have be given at least 1-2 other guys of additional help. These guys didn't complain and were willing to work long hours to get things done on time. Their familiarity with each other definitely helped with making my moving experience better. So i gave them ample opportunity to communication or correct this yet that has lead me here. I am so beyond disappointed with how unprofessional this company is and have been. They have yet to show up to deliver and it’s been almost a month. I call text and email and never get a response. We were promised a price out the door but when they showed up were charged much more or they wouldn’t move it. I had to leave a few items behind as a single mom moving to be closer to family was worth it but I would never use this company not recommend this company ever again. They are a broker. My daughter started school here and she’s been sleeping on an air mattress because Thea’s individuals lied and told me delivery would be in 2-3 weeks after pickup. However I was sent an email stating I get 30 days of free storage I don’t give a crap about free storage I want my stuff here and now! They apparently tell you a bunch of lies and then sit on your stuff until another family needs to move and you can load them in the same truck. I feel like I’ve been scammed and I want to tell others so they don’t experience this frustration and pure disappointment in their lack of communication lack of follow through lack of any sort of common business sense. Stay away! And find a more reputable company where you don’t have to pay a deposit upfront as I’m reading mode and more most moving companies at least the legit ones don’t make you do. Horrible company, very disappointing! And to think I originally chose this company because a us marine contacted me from their company or so I thought. I felt he had to be another breed of special ... I was very wrong

Made our office move super easy and quick, and were able to do a last minute additional stop with no problem. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Trinity Moving and Storage. Jacob maintained excellent contact before the move, his pricing was clear and upfront, and he arrived exactly on time. He and Eric worked very hard, were friendly and careful with our belongings. The best part is that I contacted him on Friday and he was able to move us on last Sunday. I have moved 5 times and can say it was the best move yet!

Trinity Moving and Storage is one of the best companies that I hired. Their delivery time window time is pretty accurate. I have had bad experiences with different companies before, but southwest movers made my experience of moving very easy and stress free. Their prices are reasonable, and they have an exceptional costumer service. Adam is one the best people who made my move stress free and fun!

I hired Trinity Moving and Storage to move some belongings from my house to storage. Their crew crew did a fantastic job. Crew members really paid attention to details and took care of my belongings while moving. They packed and unpacked items without andy damage. Most of the furniture had to come down a flight of stairs, they were very careful not to damage anything. Overall, really good experience.
