Worst Moving Experience Ever. This was my sixth interstate move and it was, by far, the worst. - Prior to the move : they could not give me a set date that they would come on (one of two), which should have been the red flag. - Packing : they only had to back art and a box of china. They were unprepared, despite my talking or emailing the company before the move, to pack the art and ran out of packing, meaning that the art was poorly packed. Secondly, all of the blankets that they used to wrap the furniture had holes. The rep who sold me on the move said that they would shrink-wrap the furniture. They did not. - Loading : They sent only two people. My possessions were bumped down the stairs by hand-cart with no consideration. Because there were only two of them, it took over four hours to load. And they wanted to charge me for an extra box for the furniture hardware from the furniture they disassembled. - Unloading : They sent one person. I had less than 10 hours notice. They came at 8:30pm and left at 12:30am. The boxes were in terrible shape -- one of them had holes in it, others had corners ripped, etc. One of my bookcases was badly chipped. They broke a lamp, which they had packed. Follow up : They will not pay for the lamp, even though they packed it and broke it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I honestly wish I had read more reviews before hiring this company. They completely failed to explain how their delivery schedule actually worked, leaving me without my belongings for nearly ten days after moving into another state. I had to spend extra money buying basic household essentials just to get by. To make matters worse, some of my boxes never arrived. Instead of helping, customer service treated me like I was the problem and made the entire claims process unnecessarily difficult. Every representative gave different information, and nobody seemed interested in solving the issue. After weeks of arguing, I finally received my missing items, but the stress and inconvenience were not worth it. I would never use this company again.

My experience with this moving company was far below my expectations. The crew arrived without the proper equipment needed for the job. They spent more time arguing among themselves than working efficiently. Some furniture was not protected correctly during transportation. The communication was poor from start to finish. I felt that customer satisfaction was not their priority. The move took much longer than promised. I was disappointed with the quality of service. I will not hire them again. I cannot recommend them to others.

They lied from the beginning! Told us a story of oh this move works out great for all of us. We have a truck in your area a few day's before your move. Same truck has a pickup south of Detroit a few days after your move. It's all complete bullshit! Been in my new to me home in Michigan moved and drove out here. Still don't have stuff moving picked up. Titan lied made it sound like they operate the truck's, they were in charge of dispatching said truck's. Took my money and didnt hold up they're end of the contract. NO I'M NOT AN EX EMPLOYEE ANDGRY CAUSE THEY FIRED ME. THEY'RE SCAMMERS AND SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED AT ALL!

Titan Moving Group made my move smooth and stress-free. Especially impressed with how they took care of my kitchen stuff. Highly recommend them for a hassle-free move!
