My overall experience with Start moving team was positive except for several inconveniences I incurred during the move. The movers were very friendly and dealing with them was more than satisfactory. They were courteous in answering all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. I was very worried about how everything would turn out especially since I didn’t have much time to organize everything properly on my own. However, I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay more than I was told before. Instead of 5 hours, it took them almost 8 hours to complete my move.
Start Moving did an outstanding job helping me move my family of 5. Kids were really upset and stressed out about the transition to a new home and school and the entire process was very difficult for everyone involved. It’s important to have someone reliable by your side when going through such challenging period. Start Moving movers arrived on time, handled my belongings gently as if they were their own, wrapped them properly and made my move a breeze. I really appreciate their help and if I need to move again in the future I will contact these guys for sure.

I have never experienced such professionalism in a moving company. Start Movers was great. The contractors that the company used to pack us up were enthusiastic, friendly and so intent on making certain that everything that was shipping was handled precisely. On delivery, the driver and his crew could not have been better to work with. They coordinated the delivery and kept us informed about the schedule, then expertly unloaded and delivered our possessions. From the time I first made contact with our moving coordinator, who developed the quote to the coordination of everything by the customer service and the movers at pickup and delivery, they really do excel in the moving business. Thank you again for all of your hard work.
My family and I used Start Moving for our recent move from Massachusetts to Florida and I am very happy with their services. We called and spoke to a gentleman who provided us with information on how the move would be measured, packing services they offer and the price. We were given multiple phone numbers and email addresses so we would always have someone to contact with any questions. On the day of the move, 4 men showed up and worked quickly to pack and load all of our items. We were provided copies of all of the paperwork we signed and we were given the driver's phone number. The driver contacted us a few days before they were expecting to deliver and showed up as expected. I would suggest using Start Moving for anyone looking to move especially long distance.
