My experience was great. The guys came on time, wrapped up everything with care. They were courteous and professional and quick. Everything was delivered on time and without any damages. Every piece was unwrapped and placed with care. Their sales rep reassured us that it would go well and it sure did. If you hire Safe Ship Moving, you will not need to worry. They are reputable and everything they promised came true. I highly recommend them.
First, the price was right. There were no hidden fees and a very straightforward, easy to read quote that stood apart from other companies. The sales rep, Alan was very helpful. Second their response time to my calls and emails were fast. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers! Lastly, day of the move, the two movers notified me when they were about 20 minutes away from the scheduled pickup. They arrived and started loading their truck in a professional manner. After they loaded their truck I received my belongings in Phoenix 5 days later.
Safe Ship Moving was the cheapest and the easiest and they had customer service. They weren't too aggressive in contacting me before making a reservation with their company. On moving day, I was extremely nervous about going as I had never used movers before. I was contacted 25 minutes before they arrived, so I could leave work and meet them at my place. My movers were fantastic, and helpful and made the process easy and flawless. I set aside too much stuff that I would take on my own, but after talking with the guys, they told me not to worry and moved everything.
The people who relocated us were extremely competent and talented. They were incredibly careful with our belongings and had all of the necessary tools and boxes for the relocation. Nothing was destroyed during the entire operation. The movers were courteous, hardworking, and cautious. The personnel was friendly, comprehensive, and helpful. I will also recommend them to my friends and relatives.
They are extremely efficient and provide excellent service. They arrived early at the job and were ready to work from the start. They even assisted us in disassembling a few pieces so that they could move them easily. They moved a large dresser, dining room table and chairs, bed and other boxes up narrow stairs to relocate me to a new apartment I seriously recommend these
