I expected a smooth moving experience, but unfortunately, it was the opposite. The movers lacked organization and worked very slowly. My furniture was not wrapped properly before transportation. Some personal belongings were scratched during the move. Communication with the company was frustrating and unclear. The staff did not seem interested in customer satisfaction. The service took much longer than promised. The final experience was disappointing. I believe there are better moving companies available. I would not recommend this one.

I regret hiring this moving company for my relocation. The movers seemed rushed and careless while loading my belongings. Several boxes were handled roughly despite being labeled as fragile. The team was not cooperative when I asked them to be more careful. There were unnecessary delays throughout the move. The overall experience was stressful and poorly managed. I expected professionalism but did not receive it. The service did not justify the amount I paid. I left feeling very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

If I could give negative stars i would. I’m remaining anonymous because I’m in the middle of a claim with the company. THIS IS A SCAM OF A COMPANY. From start to finish they were horrible, deceptive, and incredibly rude/hard to get ahold of. The reel you in with this “amazing” quote then lock you in with a pressured deposit. They knowingly underestimate your cubic square feet but by the time it’s close to move date, they “review” everything and lo and behold it was way off- but now you’re locked in with a deposit and absolutely screwed. It’s a complete scam of a company. THEN your pickup date that you agreed on was only a window although the CONTRACT says DATE not window. Another part of the scam- we ended up having to only take some of our stuff because again- at pick up the quote was wrong and not enough space for our things. We ended up letting them take up to our quote and rented a u-haul and did the rest ourselves. An absolute nightmare of a company and move for us. The whole thing was so much stress. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

BEST moving company I’ve ever used. I’ve used countless services and the price is VERY GOOD - I was honestly shocked. From the moment I talked with them, they made sure everything was prepared properly and I felt like a human rather than just a job (I’ve had other companies make me feel this way)
