They quickly investigated when I could not find items that it turned out I had packed in a different place than I thought! It wasn’t the least expensive bid, but we chose them on a referral from a friend and she was so right! Great experience.

9 months agoJacob and team are wonderful, our house was full of mess and lot of things to move (3 bedroom and 2 bath), Jacob's' team came right on time with fully equipped, enough wardrobe boxes to cover loose items, they worked quickly but very efficiently and quality work, I can't think of single item with scratch. Whole moving process from loading to unloading, packaging to unpacking was done smoothly. Their prices were decent as well. Highly recommended.

9 months agoWe worked with Professional Moving. The entire process went smoothly and there were no problems whatsoever. Their formanship was friendly, personable, and very good at what they do. Due to some prsonal reaasons I had to push back my move date several times. And I also ended up having my stuff delivered to 3 different places. Professional Moving worked with me on all these changes and unknowns. The estimate, customer service, loading, transportation, and delivery processes were great. My belongings arrived with no issues. My final cost was less than the estimate! Thanks a lot.

The online request was super easy and convenient. The scheduling follow up and contact was great. 10 months agoProfessional Moving and Storage and crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I was especially impressed by the care they took in setting up protection for my floors, carpets, and walls, and in the actual handling of my belongings. Also, I have a steep driveway with challenging maneuverability for the truck. I was expecting tire tracks on the lawn but they took the time to ensure they stayed on the driveway. I was very pleased with the experience and will be requesting Adam and crew for the next part of my move.

They did an excellent job packing the truck and bringing everything into the new place without any damage. We decided to go with this moving company because of their reputation for caring more and being more careful than "the other guys." 10 months agoThey arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They hustled pretty good and got everything moved in about 5 hours. I was so happy to not be the one moving it all. The only downfall is that you are charged from their location and back again. Other than that the guys were great.

11 months agoI contracted Professional Moving and Storage after a horrific experience with a different mover. I was in a panic and had to get everything handled at the last minute because the other movers left me high and dry and didn't show. Jacob was very professional, and assured me the movers would be on time, and that they would handle my move as efficiently and quickly as possible. My move was scheduled at 10am. I received a call at 9:30 stating that they were on the way. The whole crew was there and ready by 9:55am. After signing some paperwork, they got right to work. The foreman Jacob was super awesome and made me feel very comfortable with them moving my things. I would recommend using them for any job large or small hands down.

11 months agoThe team all arrived on time and my move was completed earlier than I anticipated. The foreman even got there a few minutes early to get the needed paperwork completed before hand. I was moving from a 2nd floor apartment and extremely happy to have the help. Our move required 3 people given all of the stairs and all 3 movers were extremely polite and respectful. The more experienced members either handled the more difficult tasks themselves or closely advised the newer one, which eased any worry I had about potential damage to the furniture or property. Thanks for a job well done.

We have had them facilitate out of state household moves for us and ship items. We have been very pleased with every move. The guys show up when they say they will and go above and beyond what regular movers do. This is the best moving company for any kind of service you might need. I would recommend them to anyone!

Over all my experience was very easy and relaxed, the sales rep Sarah did an amazing job explaining everything and ensuring me my 600 mile move wouldn’t be an issue! once the movers arrived everything really was as easy. the guys wrapped everything up for damage protection (which i was honestly surprised, when i move i just toss things in the truck lol) so i was happy they make sure to keep all your stuff protected from damage. but this move was so nice and seamless. i will forsure be moving with Professional Moving in the future!

11 months agoThe whole experience has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I talk to them in email they were polite helpful and talking to them on the phone they were all so amazing. On moving day they arrived and we're careful with our items everything arrived safely with no damage and they were great when they came in to the new house they lay down rugs so they wouldn't get anything on my rugs. I would definitely recommend Professional Moving and Storage to anybody and the price was so decent. If I ever need to move anything again it will definitely be giving them a call.

We originally thought we needed a truck for this move, but ended up not needing it, and they didn't charge me for it which was much appreciated. They are the best moving pros in town.

Jacob was very friendly and he answered all my questions about pricing, moving, packing and unpacking etc. They also took apart/put together a few pieces of furniture & tightened up some loose screws on some of my furniture that I didn't know about. 1 year agoFirst time doing out of state moving and it wasn't too bad at all. I felt like a longer lasting local move. Meaning it was easy it just took some time. The whole staff was polite to me and said thank you a lot. Professional Moving and Storage really cared. I packed everything myself but they re-packed a few things just so they wouldn't come undone and stay in good condition for the long journey to New York. They also took credit / debit which was great because so many movers I've dealt with just want cash. They made this move easy me. Thank you.

1 year agoProfessional Moving and Storage helped us with our move. Our situation wasn’t the best, because there was no way to get a truck up the steep driveway at our new house. So, they had to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk everything up to the house. And, of course it was the hottest day of the year! But, they did an unbelievably fantastic job! Got everything up without a scratch and never once did we hear any complaints about the heat, the driveway or anything! They just put their heads down and got the job done.

The price they quoted seemed accurate but I did add a few items at pick up that I forgot about but the additional charges were fair. Great company, would call them again, no hesitation!
