I moved into a small unit and needed help with just a few bulky items. The crew was punctual, polite, and didn’t drag it out longer than needed.
The movers didn’t drag things or make noise in the hallway. Apartment rules were followed. They packed smart and worked at a steady pace.
All furniture arrived without a scratch. They even placed the heavy couch exactly where I asked. Everything stayed wrapped until the end.
Our office had several large desks and file cabinets that needed to be disassembled and reassembled at the new location. The movers showed up with tools and worked efficiently. They didn’t misplace screws or leave anything unfinished, and they asked us to inspect things before they left. It made the whole process more predictable and smooth.
If I could give this 0 I would. We are military and hired pinnacle because due to some circumstances, we couldn’t go through the Air Force. Their first quote was good and we paid them ( a lot), then the second guy called to go over the inventory ( for the second time) now the quotes jumped a couple thousand, we pushed forward. Then the day the packers/ loaders come and they then said what had been quoted to us was OFF BY DOUBLE!!! So they were only going to pack and load 1/2 and we were stuck either paying them double or doing it ourselves. So we did half ourselves. It doesn’t end there, when their truck finally arrived at our new home they don’t even have what we specifically asked for and need in the military and that’s weight tickets, which was talked about in several conversations and promised they would have them because they knew military needs them. So we had to pay MORE AGAIN to get them to do what we asked them in the first place. We have moved several times and this is by far the most shady/ awful experience we have ever gone through. Don’t use them!!!!
