Very impressed with the professional outcome moving with Pacific Coast Moving.Trish the moving coordinator treated my wife Ellen like she was family. We moved from Carlsbad California To Georgia first week of July.As promised in our proposal our furniture was delivered approximately 9- days after left in transit.Upon delivery Sam, and Mo and couple of the other crew members worked diligently to get us unpacked.Its hard to find hard workers what made us feel more important the managers worked just as hard as the crew member s to get us settled.Much gratitude for Pacific Coast great Job guys Jim and Ellen Lamberti.
I am writing this review to show my gratitude and appreciation to Pacific Coast Moving Gary Wallace and his staff Sam and Ana's who provided a great deal but also took the time to ensure my furniture was protected and even referred me to buying additional coverage through Bakers insurance. Which nothing was damaged but I had that extra coverage which gave us peace of mind.I appreciate all the hard work provided by Pacific Coast Moving.
Pacific Coast Moving was cooler than the other side of the pillow. I had to get everything packed up quick before my now ex wife got back from Europe with her new boyfriend. Lucky for me I had her credit card, so I upgraded to the full pack service and just had to open the front door- the moving crew boxed up all my clothes, dishes, books, everything that I would have done and of course the furniture. That helped a lot, between working 10 hours a day at the office plus at home to prepare for my new job with my new company and new life there was plenty for me to look forward to. These boys made it easy- they packed up everything, drove away and I got all of my things delivered quicker than I originally thought I would. Sammie was my crew leader. He had a guy named Ross that was lighting fast. They understood my situation and didn't take any breaks the whole day. Mike kept checkin in to make sure everything was going according to plan. The price was worth every penny. I tipped them extra when they got to my new home. I'm finally free and all moved into my new place and I couldn't be happier with Sammie and his crew. The customer service was on point and Mike was great from the jump. I'm glad he called. If anyone else is stuck in a bad situation and needs help don't hesitate to call Pacific Coast Moving.
