We have used oleRRelo multiple times and I am very pleased with their services. I have only had a small issue with the driver being one day late. Each time our cars arrive, we have had no issues with dents or scratches and I am very happy that they take great care of our vehicles.
These movers at oleRRelo were very respectful and arrived on time at both ends. One of the movers did a lot more work than the others, which I did not find fair. I requested some items be put back together and a few screw were not screwed in all the way but it was an easy fix. It was overall good service but I do think everyone on the crew should be able to handle the same amount of work and they should be able to communicate better and work together. Their customer service was wonderful and answered every time I called or called back within thirty minutes. I received a follow up call about a week after delivery and shared my thoughts which they assured me would be passed along to their management team.
oleRRelo moved our office for us. It was a short move, but we needed it done in a short amount of time as well. We did not want to miss many days of our work, or more than we had to. Since we did have to continue working throughout the move, we were on able to do much work prepping the office for the relocation. His company did most of it for us. We are happy with the services that were provided, though that could have been a little bit more stress-free than it was. We had a wait a bit longer than expected for delivery and it did end up affecting our daily business. However, the rest of the move went smooth and for that, we would recommend oleRRelo.
