Move Nation

The staff were dressed in professional attire, looked clean and professional and treated us well all day long, which put our minds at ease that our belongings were in safe hands.

It's an emotional and overwhelming experience to downsize into a smaller retirement home, and my elderly parents were treated with such patience and kindness by the crew. They worked at a very steady and comfortable speed, they put all the boxes in their respective rooms and even hung a few pictures! True gentlemen.

We had to move from a smaller house to a larger one and there were a lot of heavy things to move. The movers were not only strong but also organised and careful throughout the job. Wooden furniture was wrapped up and corners of larger ones were covered. They also helped us to arrange the furniture as soon as we got inside. We were not responsible for carrying out all the hard work!

I had many books, lots too many I suppose, and I was concerned about how much they would weigh in all the boxes. But during the moving process, the movers made several trips between the rooms and truck without causing any damage to the boxes. They also organized the weightier book boxes correctly, rather than stacking them on top of delicate objects. They knew how to arrange the cargo on a truck.

We were so impressed with the move by Move Nation that we couldn't have asked for anything better. They arrived at 9:30 AM equipped with all the tools and took down our complicated media console in mere minutes and then loaded it safely.
