BEWARE EVERYONE!! TOTAL CROOKS AND THEIVES I am in the midst of filing a theft charge with the sheriff's office, and notifying the BBB. I had a last minute move during the Pandemic and Marlon Movers were available. I needed help with packing and needed to be out & moved into my new place within 3 days. I bought packing supplies (boxes, packing tape, and foam to wrap valubles from Costco beforehand) I've never seen or been involved with such poor and corrupt movers in my entire life, keep in my mind, I've moved a few times in 15 years or less. So I know how it goes. . . 1. They overcharged what they originally quoted seeing my place afterwards.( I lived in a 2 bedroom condo) I payed close to $1600 and they didn't even pack the kitchen at all!! The kitchen was left as it was, I had to come back to pack it up 2. They packed up all the "packing supplies" I bought at Costco (heavy duty packing tape etc etc) into boxes so, they can use their materials and charge me for it. 3. They are extremely slow and lazy when it comes to doing their job. Example: A job/task should roughly be completed within 4 hours, but it took them upto 6-8 hours). They will make up so many excuses to haze you, so there able to increase the costs. YOU HAVE TO WATCH THEM, which I couldn't do, because I was busy helping them. 4. I had sharpy markers available, so they can label each box as they packed, but they "failed" to do and caused confusion. (they packed away all markers as well). 5. The boxes I've packed carefully with valuables, I've labeled them by "hand"and they were NEVER delivered to my new residence. *** I HAVE A FEW BOXES STOLEN BY THEM OF VALUABLES*** 5. I was extremely respectful to them, and offered them refreshments to build a good working relationship, but they take advantage of women with their misogynistic mindset and attitude. The workers didnt speak english, and obviously were only interested in $$ and perhaps "undocumented" Spanish natives. 6. I payed my bill entirely regardless of the poor service 😪 but afterwards realized they have stolen my personal valuables. 7. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDERHANDED, with a crooks mentality I will be filing charges with the courts, therefore, if anyone else experienced the same problem, please reach to me.
