Alex is a monster, his guys didn’t pack my things as paid for, they didn’t bring the right size truck ended up renting a 20’ uhaul charging me an extra $7,400 for it and was only 1/4 full. Somewhere in route (5 days late no communication), the unpacked the full truck and put more in the uhaul without discussing it with me. Everything on this end was thrown into a 10X 30 unit, furniture not reassembled and the parts are no where to be found now that I was able to get into it? I found they had a fire on one of my bins burning frames that were inside, there was water damage to boxes and a 7’ perlite Christmas tree. SO much damage and Alex treated me like c***, just like he does to anyone that writes a poor but honest review. HE WOULD NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING! HE IS A THIEF, A CON MAN. PS his driver hires whomever for extra help!!!
