I was very pleased with my moving experience. I had done a lot of research prior to my moving and decided to go with General moving & storage because I found their rates quite reasonable. They picked up and delivered my household items on scheduled time. The items arrived in perfect condition. They even applied AAA discount from the original quote. Pretty impressed with their service and would definitely recommend it to other and use them in the future!
You would think that these movers were actually working on their own properties when they work on your stuff. They did it with all of their hearts as if it is theirs. This is why they render excellent and highly professional service. I have never seen movers as dedicated as the workers from General moving & storage. No wonder they have 100% positive reviews because they are positive all round. I have never had a move as perfect as this. The moving guys from this company were truly out to accord me a perfect experience and I must say that I enjoyed every bit of it. What a team that General moving & storage has! They all worked together and made sure that my family and I were not only treated like family but all of our stuff was handled with care in like it how to giant fragile sign on it. I was a little upset that I had to be relocated from my job but one thing that I can say is that the moving company handled everything and I have no worries and no stress. We had a very prompt move with General moving & storage. The manager called the day before to confirm the move. The crew arrived at my house pretty early and embarked on the job, which they did professionally and carefully all day long until everything was done. We had many things in our fully furnished four bedroom house, but these guys never get tired until they accomplished the disassembling, parking and loading.
This was my first time moving and to say the least I was very nervous about making the move across the country. I wanted a moving company that is cautious with my valuable, and worked for a reputable company. General moving & storage was just that. They look very good care of my things.
