If I could do ZERO stars, I would. I have had nothing but issues since the day they showed up early to pick up our belongings for our cross-country move. I did a virtual walkthrough to ensure all of our items were accounted for prior to booking with them and still, the driver informed my husband that the amount was to go up $450 because the itinerary was incomplete. Next, I was promised by Jeff that we would receive a discount for this inconvenience and now I am being told this was never said and it was not in writing so they are not going to honor the said discount. When I booked with this shady company, I was guaranteed that we would see our belongings NO LATER THAN December 4th. So when the day came and passed, I started trying to reach out to find out what was going on. I could not get ahold of any of the employees that I had previously spoke with and I never received any email correspondence back. A week and a half went by before I finally was able to get in touch with Jeff who again reiterated that he would get me the beforementioned discount for the inconvenience. He also informed me that they had no updates as to when our belongings would arrive. I started to call daily and was continuously told there was no updated. Concerned, I made them keep me on hold for 48 minutes while they called the transport company on Monday December 7. The transport company then informed us that our stuff had not even left the state of Washington (17 DAY AFTER PICK UP!!!) and it would not be loaded for transport until the following weekend and that we would still have up to 21 business days to wait. They still have no ETA for when we will have our stuff. Next, I attempted to reach a manager to find out why we were told one date and yet our stuff has still not even started the trek to North Carolina. I have been now speaking with Rachel, who proceeded to tell me nothing but excuses and that there would be no discounts provided as there was nothing in writing. She has also informed me that the new balance owed upon delivery is going to be raised ANOTHER $450. I proceeded to ask why and she could not give me an answer, but said she would reach out to the transport company to clarify. I should mention that I have 2 very young children who have no beds to sleep on, no entertainment, no toys, no clothing past a weeks worth of outfits, no Christmas gifts. They have been nothing short of inconvenient and unprofessional throughout the whole process after they picked our belongings up. I am going to be reaching out to my legal team, news outlets, social media, BBB, as well as trying to have them rectify this situation.
Company is a damn joke. They are BROKERS! Which means they lie and sell your move to an outside company who you don’t know. Shows up at your house and it’s a completely different story from the actual driver. Diamond Pro Van Lines is why trucking in all forms is as slimy as it is. Highly suggest to go to a direct asset based moving company that actually cares.
Overall great experince, customer service was top notch. Moving is such a headache but Diamond Pro Van Lines made it as stress free as possible.

Moving cross country is a nightmare. Luckily Diamond Pro was there for me. This was my families first move and we were so nervous. Price went up a little but it was justified. I forgot to add my shed!
