Can’t thank Diamond Pro enough for being there when I needed them at the last minute. Reasonable prices and amazing service, these guys went above and beyond for my family.
Most horrible experience with this moving company we've ever had. First of all, they have the worst customer service ever. It's almost impossible to communicate with them. So unprofessional. They were 3 days late picking up my furniture and 10 days late dropping them off. The movers damaged 8 pieces of my expensive furniture. They are totally false advertising on their prices and quotes. We were quoted $1900 for our move but when they arrived, they would not unload the truck until we gave them $7000. We were so shocked, we almost fell off our chair. They had to do a recount of our inventory which delayed the process. Then finally came up with $5435. We did not have that kind of money as we were not prepared. We had to scramble last second or they would not unload the truck. Never Again. BEWARE. Do not go with this company or you'll be ripped off too. Go elsewhere.
If could give this company a .5 I would. They're really helpful up until you realize they will charge you way more than what your contract says and they also do not communicate- came a day earlier than planned for a long distance move and then decided couldn't do item delivery d/t weather and did not inform me.....Do not use them. I don't know how they're verified but literally hire anyone with average arm strength and get a UHaul before you even think of using this service.
