Cross Country Moving Company

Cross Country was easy to talk to over the phone. The movers were friendly in person, not awkward at all. None of that hidden charge stuff. Another company I had planned to used postponed the move so I needed them to get the move to Dallas going ASAP and they were very accommodating to the last minute planning. Not the cheapest option but the most experienced and reliable as far as long distance movers go.

Before everything got crazy with Covid-19 I hosted an Art show in South Florida in the beginning of March. Over 40 pieces of artwork were transported from Chicago to Miami for the event. This included some canvas work, sculptures and some furniture. This was a time sensitive move and everything needed to be there within a week or less for set up. Cross Country got it all there in just 3 days. They professionally wrapped and packed everything. Every piece of artwork arrived with zero damage at all. I stressed how important it was that every was handled with care and they took me very seriously. This was a great service with a staff that kept me updated while the shipment was on route. I definitely can see myself using them again. If I searched hard I'm sure I probably could have found cheaper rates but I know that the move could of been jeopardized. So I'm happy with the price I paid. Movers were very attentive and the communication was better than I've dealt with in moving before.

These guys rock! Used them to move into our new office in LA. Tables, Couches, desk, bean bags. They handled it all. Was too busy to help pack so they took care of that part as well. Love how thorough they are with packing. Received things on the other side nicely wrapped, labeled and undamaged. I can't think of anything else that I'd want from my moving experience. Finally a company that doesn't hit you with those last minute fees either! Took care of $ part in the beginning.

Movers showed up right on time and were quick to get started. I was surprised at how efficient they were, using dollies and a car to get everything on the truck fast but also safely. They wrapped pretty much everything in blankets to ensure there'd be no scratches or stains, provided wardrobe boxes, and disassembled/reassembled the bed. This was the first time in all my years of moving that I sat back and did nothing. They were also very courteous and respectful which made the move 100x better and less stressful.Overall, I'd definitely use their moving services again.

The team did an amazing job on my move. The rest of my furniture was just delivered and nothing was damaged. They gave me the best price out of all the movers I spoke with but more importantly did an excellent job. Everything went how they said it would. This was my first time using a moving service and I'm glad I did. I had a whole house full of furniture. I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for professional movers.
