It was the worst experience of our lives, talk this really nice lady understood what we were doing we were moving cross country from East Coast to West Coast, we got a quote we paid, come moving day for furniture to be picked up they handed us off to another company that charged us like another 26 to $30,000 we were stuck what else were we going to do, well they lost some of our stuff they broke a lot of our stuff that we cannot replace, and trying to get reimbursed for this has been a major fight I would never use these companies again ever

It took many many phone calls and over 2.5 months to get my delivery. With 1 large box missing. And no responsibility for my loss. NEVER use this company.

If I could leave a no star I would! Worst company ever! After one month I have no idea where my daughters things are!! Reps are over seas no supervisor! I know need an attorney to handle this matter! I’m beyond pissed off! Who knows where my daughters things are now!! Maybe in China!! This is bull crap!! They suck

This was not my first move, so I had certain expectations. The team met those without any issues. They listened, worked steadily, and kept things moving throughout the day. I didn't feel overwhelmed at any point. It was handled the way a move should be handled.
