This company is not dependable and not responsible in anyway, theyhave incompetent workers and management, I came from another state to meet them to be there to supervise my belongings, and I told them this in advance. I was told they would be there on August 23 or 24th of this year so I made arrangements, got a hotel and waited for them to call me and tell me what time to be at my rental property to get the remaining of my stuff, I called them several times on the 23rd trying to find out what time I got no answer until the 24th at 1:00 pm they told me they would be there from 4:00pm to 7;09 pm time period well about 5:00 pm they called me and said they couldn’t make it would be Monday the 25th and I had to be back in Jacksonville fl so my son could be in school, my renter volunteered to take off work to meet them and they called and said they couldn’t make, so I told them I am done with them and I want my refund, they refused to give me a refund and I am in the process of taking them to court, please do not use this company American Made movers, they ere terrible evil people,
I’ve moved all over the country and these people are nothing but liars! Original quote to win my business was $6K then $12K then $13600. Was told would be there in a week which ended up 16 days. Found out driver was in Miami for a week where he lives, they tried blaming on hurricane which was on the west coast of Florida! Things arrived crushed and broken! Scum bags!
Irreplaceable family heirlooms completely destroyed! Don’t trust these con artists. They will pass you off to incompetent, unscrupulous companies from NJ who will throw your things into a truck with complete disregard. The pictures tell you everything you need to know. These cannot be replaced. It was all that I had from my late parents’ home. And they completely LOST an antique Royal typewriter.
