Dont use them. $2000 more than the estimate. Set the delivery date, expected a call, 24 hours before deliver. Nothing... Called the day of delivery and they still can't tell me when it will deliver. At this point it still hasn't delivered and I have no idea where my load is or when it will arrive.
I gave a precise list of items to be moved. They estimated 499 cubic feet. That isn't much. At the time of the move they jacked the price up 50%. Then would not return my phone calls. They purposely underestimated cubic feet so that they could charge more.
In contrast to the other companies that were imprecise and even elusive in their methodology of computing the ultimate cost, All American Moving Group Service sales manager was frank and communicated everything to us. .. I believe there is so much that could be taken from them by their rivals.
