Scammers, theives and fraudsters. Cancelled within 24 hours. They acknowledged it was in accordance with their criteria/rules. Have been ignoring my calls fever since.

Can't believe I missed all of these terrible reviews. I'm normally very good at checking the reviews first, but I guess I got caught up with the good price and being in such a rush to get everything together before my move the following week. Initially spoke with Jordan on 9/25 who took all of my details before passing me on to another guy who confirmed my storage unit @ 65% full with no beds, couches, dressers etc, just mainly boxes would be around $3500 but I got a discount for signing that day. I was advised I would be signing a binding contract to lock in that price so it could be changed later but I didn't need to pay $1800 deposit. Cool. Paid it and waited for the quality assurance team to call this week, 10/6, to confirm which day, 10/9 or 10/10, they could come pick it up. Peter then started throwing different numbers at me before finally getting to $2700 instead of the $1500 I was told I had left to pay. I hung up with Peter and called back trying to get Jordan but reached a woman who stated Jordan was conveniently no longer with the company and stated it was impossible to get my money back after it's been over 48 hours after signing. I texted Peter back and told him to just cancel and he advised since it was within 7 days, I would lose my deposit. Terrible practice. 100% a scam to take deposits then hike the price after it's "too late" for people to cancel and get their money back. I filed a complaint with the BBB. There's no reason I shouldn't at least get helf my money back when I didn't even have a day scheduled, let alone receive ANY service. This company is a POS scam but I'm thankful I didn't lose more. File complaints people. These companies are stealing your hard earned money.

Scam, criminals, ripoffs, liars, shady to say the least. Please please please do not hire these guys! They quoted or move for $5500. We had to put a deposit down of $2750. That wasn’t a big deal at all. When shopping around getting quotes, I asked the sales guy when he when he returned my call if he would price match at $4000 from another company. He dropped the price from $8600 to $5500 and told me to be weary of some of these companies. He explained to me that they like to under quote the job and after it’s all loaded and moved will tell you that you owe them a significant more amount of money or they will hold your stuff hostage. With a pleasant discussion about that he assured me that wouldn’t happen to us. We agree to do business. I give him the exact dimensions of the storage unit and he says no problem, they’ll get it loaded up in the truck if it fits in the storage unit. He gives me a copy of the contract via email and it has my locked in price and included is any packing that also needs to be done. Fast forward a week. The movers show up after rescheduling a few times and get to work. My dad was there to let them into the storage unit. As he’s watching them he sees that they are unpacking my boxes and repacking them into their boxes. My dad finds this strange and calls me about it. I am then informed that the first 5 boxes are free but they refuse to tell me how much each box is thereafter. After “everything” is loaded the driver calls and says they are currently at 66% (mind you my dad sent me a picture of what they had loaded up so far and it was only about a quarter filled) full and the price is increasing to $11,000. I said NO! We have a contract for a set price and that’s the price I am paying! The guy says let me call my boss. The driver gives the boss our phone number and he calls. First thing that he says before absolutely anything….”I’m just going to tell my guys to unload your stuff. I’m not going to fight with you”. After listening to him speak so rudely to my wife on the phone I chimed in and told him very strongly about how we had this contract for the price and that’s all that I’m paying. He comes back with he can do it for $7000 but that doesn’t include my deposit. I ask him how much it would be to just have the movers put it back in my storage unit. He says that’s $1500. I tell him where he could park his truck and we each decided we weren’t doing business together. So he calls his guys and has them just start opening boxes and dumping all our stuff in the parking lot of the storage place. Fortunately we still have alot of family back home who helped us on that end but the moral of the story is don’t do business with these guys. Oh and I hope they read this because I am going to be tipping off ICE about you guys.

Initial estimate was around ~$10k, and final price was over $25k. They did not send anyone out to do the estimate. Every time we talked, the price went up. We gave them a delivery date and location, and the week prior, we were told there would be an additional charge to actually guarantee that date.

Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my life. They purposely underestimated the amount of space needed. Called me the day prior to the move and jacked up the price by another 4000.00 Truck showed up a day late with NO SPACE for my items. Had to then rent my own UHaul truck and dolly and drive 80% of my items myself. They then held the 20% of my items- crucial for my business- until I paid by cashier check another 4000.00 Total move was around 20,000.00. Liars and scammers. Please check BBB , yahoo, yelp and google reviews. They have fake reviews on their website. July 19,2024 will go down as the most stressful day of my life. They knew I had a deadline to move and they took advantage of that situation.
