Their consistent delivery of exemplary service has fortified our confidence in recommending them to potential clients.

It was the most horrific and terrible experience we have ever had. We got a quote from them in February. Someone came into the apartment took pictures of everything and finalized their quote. We signed the contract based on an estimate that they gave us and after visiting our apartment and taking pictures everything stayed the same. They gave us a quote and over the phone we told Jack Wheeler that we need to check other quotes. He asked what it would take to earn our business. After negotiation, we landed at just over $5000. When they came to pick stuff up today, they said elevator, distance, tables with glass, marble coffee table, and mirrors, none of those were in the estimate. Also, they said we had more boxes than what was in the contract. They said the price is $7800. They basically held us trapped because we had to move, but they would not start loading before we agree on the new price. Jack Wheeler disappeared from the face of the earth and never answered his phone. Their office people told us why did we trust the number of boxes in the estimate because the cubic feet of our stuff was too low in the estimate. And we were like "so why did you come in to do the estimate". This was the most awful experience we ever had. Then they said you need to pay $3200 before they start loading. I asked don't you think you need to communicate these beforehand? Last year we moved from Canada to SF and it cost us less than what this move cost us. NEVER EVER USE UNITED REGIONS VAN LINES. What they did to us was a complete robbery, and now I think they are going to mess it up at the delivery too, because when the guy asked for a tip I said I had left the tip aside, but now all that is gone to pay their extra 2000 bucks. I wish we could give zero stars. Andre: if someone make your wife cry, would you tip him?
