We recently had a split move, where half of our belongings were moved to our new apartment, and the other half (which was quite a bit) was transferred to a friend's apartment for storage. The crew did an excellent job of sorting and labeling. Not a single item was lost, and both deliveries were successful!
My lease was up the same weekend I was on vacation, so I had to let the movers handle all the details while I was out. They worked tirelessly, loaded up the apartment and kept me posted with photos. On my return, everything was in place, my items were all stored safely, labeled and in place. I couldn't be any happier!
The movers were very careful with our pets, keeping doors shut so that our dog wouldn't get out. This is a nice, thoughtful thing to have done.
When I unpacked, I found out nothing at all had gone astray. All the boxes and all the items we packed arrived at our new home just as we had hoped.
The driver was in touch with us on the phone throughout the cross-country trip giving us clear times of arrival at which we could get the new house ready.
