Please stay away from this company along with I-95 movers. I scheduled with them for a pickup last minute because I-95 movers did not show up to pick up my household goods. Stafen, the moving coordinator promised to get me out within my timeline only to end up failing miserably. They over promise and don’t deliver. When you call them, they won’t even pickup your calls or answer anymore. If you are lucky to get your call answered, they sound as if this is the first time they are hearing about it and would say, we will reach out to dispatch right now and get back with you in a few minutes. Don’t expect them to reach out because they won’t.

I was extremely happy with the service this company provided me for my recent local move. They were prompt and organized, using protective materials to safely transport all my furniture, goods, and electronics. I would definitely recommend them for others looking fir a great moving company. They are reasonable in price and provide great service.

MoveCraft Moving was amazing! They made this the easiest move for both my boyfriend and I. They were able to move both of our separate places quickly and efficiently. Also, the booking for their service was very organized and easy to navigate. We had two movers and they were both very kind and moved our items carefully. We will most definitely be moving them for any move that we need. The pricing was fair and well worth it.

This was by far one of my easiest moves.They worked with me and my schedule, came on time, wrapped everything perfectly and installed my complicated washer and dryers better than the actual store vendors I purchased from. Highly recommend this company if you want something professional and pleasant.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend Move Craft Moving Solutions. I was quoted $1,750 for a complete move, including around 30 large boxes, a sofa, beds, and other furniture. The pickup was repeatedly delayed and the driver eventually arrived late in the evening. After arriving, he refused to take several of the items that had been discussed and asked for an additional $450 in cash, yet only took around 20 boxes and two beds, leaving my sofa and other furniture behind. I was told my belongings would be delivered within about 3 days, but after pickup, both the driver and the company became difficult to reach. My belongings were eventually delivered about a week later. At delivery, I was initially told the third-floor delivery would cost around $70, but the driver left everything in the driveway and then demanded $200 to move it upstairs. I had to help move heavy belongings myself and hurt my back, and some of my boxes and fragile items were also damaged. I repeatedly contacted the company for help, but received very little support or communication. Overall, this experience cost me additional money, wasted a significant amount of my time, caused damage to my belongings, and created unnecessary physical and emotional stress. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious before booking this company.
