This whole team is amazing. I was nervous and overwhelmed and they were patient and walked me through the entire process. When it came time to get moving, they were fast, efficient and took care of my stuff beautifully. I Will absolutely use this team in the future for all my moving needs. The customer service was amazing.
The movers worked hastily, damaging a sentimental item I had packed myself by reopening my closed box and throwing random items in to pack it. They were careless in this way. Additionally, the company raised the price at each stage once we had no choice but to continue since they had our stuff.
