The moving company was professional and respectful with our property. They went the extra mile with doorways, floors, etc., which I appreciated, as we had recently renovated a part of the house. During the move, one piece of furniture received a minor scratch, which was spotted straight away, rather than hoping we wouldn't notice.
My experience with my move was really positive from the beginning to the end. I did some research before hiring Menards Moving & Storage on the better business bureau. I also like that they start the clock from the time they arrive and stop it as soon as they are done . Some other companies charge from and to their warehouse and I don’t think it’s a fair practice . Overall, I would def hire them again and recommend them to friends.
We've had to move four times within the past three years and Potomac Moving was by far the best company we have used for move services. From the initial inquiry to the final review of the job with Hiro*, it was stellar service. The crew was careful with our items, packed our more fragile items thoroughly, were efficient and worked diligently all day. They managed to fit all of our items on one truck and off loaded and rebuilt our furniture within one day. Amazing!
