We’re thoroughly content with how our experience went. Our moving coordinator, Bobby, planned everything and ensured his team executed it properly too. They also helped us with unpacking and furniture placement after delivery. We’re grateful for all the assistance!

This company quoted us based on photos and description. They then hired out a 3rd party mover who upon arriving at our house, upped the charge by 1.5k. Then proceeded to load the truck. This 3rd party mover arrived late, and with a horrible attitude - not comfortable at all. Upon delivering our inventory to our new house, it was very apparent that no care had been taken to prevent damage to our furniture and lamps (especially). Totalling over 4k of damages. Menards laid all the blame on the 3rd party and did not help in getting this resolved at all. We received $77 for our $4k loss, and was told to basically deal with it. Avoid this company.

A big round of applause for these movers for giving top-notch service! They quickly packed up my 2-bedroom apartment. No scratches on my expensive appliances or casual devices.

Menards Moving & Storage were excellent. They showed up at 9:30 am, disassembled the furniture (beds, dining table and bookcases), removed the electronics and packed all of them thoroughly. They delivered them the same day safely too. Highly recommend them!

Our belongings arrived in perfect condition, thanks to these efficient movers. I was amazed with how quick and careful they were.
