I hired their movers to help me relocate some things from my house into a storage unit, and I wasn’t sure how it’d go because I didn’t measure anything ahead of time. Luckily, the moving team came to my rescue and handled it expertly. They saved me from having to rent a second unit, which I was really thankful for!
All the staff were polite and did their jobs with care and diligence. They continued until all my items were placed in my new house how I wanted them.
Do not use this company. Customer Service is horrible. They inflate your move costs, hold your stuff hostage and charge your a redelivery fee double your move costs. Do not recommend
Every single item was wrapped in heavy blankets and wrapped again with plastic wrap. Corners were heavily wrapped for extra protection. Workers were all very polite, friendly, and professional.
Terrible company to deal with. I did not realize they were a broker. Got to moving day and my move went up $2800 in price. The company won’t call me back or help fix the issue. Move date was changed by them at the last minute. Do not do business with them!! Quality assurance had no idea how to quote a job. I was never told my move was being sold to another company. I lost both my parents in the same week. I have never done a professional move. I was assured I could trust them. Boy was I proven wrong!!
