Scam company. Moving estimate of $4,200, charged us over $20,000. Came poorly prepared to move with a 28 ft truck and 3 people to move a 5,000 sq ft house. Left a large amount of our belongings for us to find a way to pack on day of settlement. Had to delay settlement. Held our belongings hostage until we paid an exorbitant extra amount. Did over $35,000 damage - some obviously deliberate, not including the gouges they made in our hard wood floors. Many of the damaged items were irreplaceable. They have refused to respond to requests for any kind of settlement. They tagged NOTHING at pickup. Some of our stuff was missing. We had things on our "inventory" that we never had, and we received items which did not belong to us. They have not responded to any inquiries made to try to come to some agreement to settle this disaster. I have NEVER seen a company run this way. It was a nightmare. Please do not use this company!
Poor customer service. Did not call and hour before pick up as promised. Did not give me 24 hour notice for delivery. Gave 2 hour window (7-9am) for delivery and did not call until 10:30am to say delivery would be at 12:30 pm. Inventory was partly in Spanish. descriptions were too vague to be meaningful making it impossible to check off the items as truck was emptied. I do not recommend this company,
