Worst ever ! I paid to have them do all the packing. They left boxes half empty, did not disassemble larger items, had only 2 men working to pack up a 3 br house and because of poor packing, they charged me for an additional 400 CF ! They forced me to give them a post dated check and then they cashed it prior to the date, causing an OD and more issues upon delivery. When my things arrived in AZ, ALL high end items were missing - 60" TV, 2 expensive floor lamps, an entire box of collectible Hummel's and Goebbels. Other boxes were crushed or cracked with damages to contents. And boxes had been opened after being sealed - i know this because i put a mark on the tape and that mark did not line up when the boxes arrived. One box even had somehow gotten wet on the INSIDE and all the clothes were white with mold, yet the box itself showed no sign of water ever touching it ! Not to mention that when the truck pulled up and our things were removed, the space they took on the truck was only 1200 CF, no where near the extra footage I paid for. Then the driver tried to hit me up for another $75 long walk fee which had already been paid ! All calls went unanswered unless I called from a phone that was not on record with them ! No response to any emails regarding the damages or missing items, and certified letters went unanswered. This company committed fraud and refuses to make things right, even with info and pictures we sent. DO NOT USE THEM ! THEY ARE CROOKS ! ! !
Excellent service, arrived on time, were polite and professional. Helped with some additional items and completed all packing/unpacking and cleaning efficiently. Highly recommended to do business with!
