Wonderful work! Quick, polite, and very good with a few methods that really stood out. They moved our furniture, including the bed, couch, dining table and wooden swing. Really suggest!

Going with them was the right decision, and I would do it all over again if given the chance.

I recently got stuck with this moving company for my relocation, and it was an absolute nightmare. I say "stuck with" vs hired because - BUYER BEWARE - I actually hired another company called Gulfstream Van Lines, but they SOLD MY MOVING CONTRACT to Arena Van Lines without asking me or even notifying me. Here’s why I would give Arena Van Lines a ZERO if I could🚫📦: Delays: They postponed my delivery date four times, causing me TONS of unnecessary stress and inconvenience, giving me no explanation about why they could not meet the contracted delivery date. I kept emailing & trying to call (never any answer) to get answers for the repeated delays, but no one would answer me or tell my anything other than "it's been delayed another week." This happened OVER and OVER again. Poor Communication: The would NEVER answer the phone when I called. However, when they wanted more money from me, they would email me non-stop claiming to have called me with no answer, when in fact my caller ID showed ZERO calls from them & no voicemails - EVER. It was a tactic to avoid having to speak to me on the phone because they knew I was (rightfully) livid & that they were in the wrong. (aka GASLIGHTING) Late Arrival: The movers showed up almost a month behind schedule, disrupting my plans and leaving me in a bind. I had to purchase an air mattress, additional sets of dishes & utensils, etc. just so I could camp out in my empty apartment for over 3 weeks waiting on the arrival of all my personal belongings. Hidden Fees: On the eve of delivery, they demanded an additional $600, threatening not to deliver unless I paid. Pure extortion. They claimed that their truck would not fit on my street & that they would have to rent a smaller one. FYI, there are moving trucks & delivery trucks on my street all day long. And also, shouldn't that expense be rolled into the $4k I paid them, as the cost of doing business? THEN (oh yeah, there's more) - on the day of delivery, they tacked on another $150 for "extra steps" because they parked their truck a block away even though there was ample parking in front. They wanted all of this money PAID IN CASH & would not accept a credit card, check or bank transfer. Super sketchy, unprofessional & unethical! Damaged Items: To top it off, several of my belongings arrived damaged. Scuffs & scrapes on my wooden items, pieces missing from my couch & rolling cart, dirt all over my mattress, a mirror cracked, etc. Their lack of care & attention is appalling. I am writing this honest review in order to help others make informed decisions. I hope this helps some people, and I wish everyone reading this a better moving experience than what I had to suffer through. I in the process of reporting Arena Van Lines to the relevant consumer protection agencies. Transparency & fair treatment are crucial to any business, and they lack both. I strongly advise against using this moving company. Save yourself the headache, do some serious research, and find a more reliable service.🚫

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! My move is actually from Indiana to Colorado. They have had my stuff for 3 weeks. Can't seem to provide an honest estimated arrival date (I've had three so far), now they are saying they won't even open the van door without full final payment in advance. Saying I won't even be allowed to verify the condition of the items on the truck or even see the items on the truck before I had over thousands of dollars IN CASH. THEY ARE A SCAM. Owned by Russians (or similar), they provide no transparency, no evidence of how the cubit feet were calculated. They are hard to get a hold of, and when you do, it's a bunch of empty excuses. THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. I am in the process of filing complaints against them with multiple federal agencies and the Attorney General in New Jersey. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are associated with a broker company called Swift Shift Van Lines. They are also a scam.
