Do not use if you don't have to! They failed at communicating the entire process long. Forst theu were supposed to areive between 11 and 12 foe pickup calling us 1 hr prior to arrival. At 1215 i hand heard anything and had to call them to fin out what was happening. I was told that i was given an estimate and these things happen. We were now looking at a 2pm pick-up, but no one could call me to tell me, I had to call them. When we received our quote through safeship (they outsource the drivers) it was for 6300. We ended up taking loads onto our truck reducing what we were originally were quoted on, and yet they still claimed we had more that quoted. We were told if we gave them cash tip ($200) they wouldn't charge extra for using the stairs (which they opted to use). Our things were picked up Monday May 31st. Thursday June 2 we were told our things would be to us between the 6th and the 8th with 24 hour notice. By the afternoon of the 7th, when I had not received a call, I called myself and was told that our drop-off window changed between the 9th and 10th, but you I had to call to find this out. I was still promised 24hr notice. Morning of the 9th I got a call saying they would be at our new house between 3 and 4 that afternoon. (Not 24hr notice but I was happy to get our things). Being short notice I still had to go to the bank and get the cash, plus had scheduled errands to run. I called to confirm I was going to get a 1 hour out call. After being put on hold for a bit, I was then told that our things weren't going to be here until the next morning (again I had to call to find out what was happening). When our things did show up I understood why it took so long to get our things. The drivers worked for 30min and took a break for 15min.... resting and video chatting from our front lawn. I understand resting, but not to this extent. When they had opened up the truck doors my stomach turned seeing how poorly our things had been treated. Everything was forced in haphazard and so poorly that our Rubbermaid storage bins we being crushed under the weight. Needless to say once we started looking at our things, there was a significant amount of damage. Items included wheels bent on our butcher block, my daughter's play kitchen broken in multiple places, one of our storage bins holding breakable items was scattered on 2 of the corners, my sons dresser was broken in multiple places, my antique dresser missing a handle, my antique ceramic pickle drum was shattered to pieces, even lost a margaritas glass (typically I'd say it happens, but when the box has fragile written on it, plus proper stickers and it comes of the truck crushed, it's inexcusable). Overall extremely disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
